Clean, comfort with good kitchen

Good location. Just 15 second's walk to the nearest metro station and walking distance to major museums. Staff are nice and always helpful. Room is spacious, neat and tidy, and have all the necessary things. The bath towels, especially, are very new, soft and cozy.

The self check-in is well functioning and easy to use, except that the customer service sent me the wrong password. So we struggled outside the building for almost 45min and phoning that emergency phone which cannot be linked successfully at first. So if you are going to book this apartment, do arrive before the cs close.

Good location in front of Atocha station and Metro. Parks and three main Museums are surrounding. Great facilities in room. Our room basically is a one bed room flat, including king-size bed room, living and dining room, kitchen with refrag., oven, dishwasher, microwave, and wash machine. Bath room is small but OK. Office lady is kind and nice. We will recommend this hotel to friends.

The location is terrific which is very accessible to all the tourist spots and Atocha metro. Great accommodation, spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Highly recommended to all of you!

The location is very good, just next to the Metro and railway station. Provision of facilities is adequate, including washing machine, large fridge, and even dish washer. Cooking utensils are good enough to cook a simple lunch. The whole apartment is very clean without any dust.

Very close to the Atocha train station. Good for tourists for out town. If you need help from the apartment, it's easy and reachable. Even you arrived very late for check-in, you can use your booking reference number to self check-in the apartment.

Everything is good, shall be perfect if not at first floor.

Great location, just near the Atocha, convenient for car rental, train to Toledo or Segovia, or just airport bus. Very beautiful inside the apartment, and great view. Close to all the museums. The staff at the front desk is very nice and helpful.

The room is clean, view is good, location is wonderful just 1 minute walk to metro. Many restaurants on the same street. Staffs are very helpful. I need late check out, and they have 30" luggage size lockers for storage. Kitchen equipment is one of the best I saw, with all tools more than enough to use. The washing machine with dryer and dish washer are in very good condition.

Spacious apartment with all the necessary conditions for a great stay.

Nice, spacious room but we didn’t like that there are attendants there at certain times during the day. Also, there were no blackout curtains, just some sheer curtains and awkward roller blinds that didn’t completely cover the windows and give you privacy. Other than that it was nice

Great hotel in perfect location across from the train station and right at the Metero station. Walking distance to Retiro park and many museums. Short metro ride to centro. Clean and spacious rooms.

60 balconies is in a terrific location, close to museums and transportation. When I walked into the lobby, I thought well this is a dated establishment, although spotlessly clean. However, when I reached my room/apartment I was completely impressed with the modern features, including dishwasher, washer and dryer refrigerator, things I really didn’t need for my two nights stay. Keep in mind that the reception stuff is only available in the daytime, but it was very easy to access the building anytime of night.
