Absolutely wonderful

Good

Room was an attic, bed was positioned on the edge of the slanted ceiling so if you are not very careful you will hit your head a lot. Shampoo and handsoap provided are the same, make sure you bring your own toiletries including toilet paper.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and the receptionist very attentive and very helpful! The apartment smell very nice and good, also very clean! Recommended 100%! Very satisfied and happy!

The hot tub was not used. The apartment is like an attic of a house, and the hot tub is snugged on the 45 degree angle in the corner.. It’s almost impossible getting in and out if it. Don’t fear your hopes up. I wouldn’t stay there again.

すぐ横にカルフールがあり便利。部屋も広いし、エレベーターがあるのも良かった。 アパート入り口のドアが閉まるときの音がスゴくて、深夜まで出入りがありました。かなりうるさいです。 周囲はバルも多く、食べるのには困らないです。 先に違う場所に鍵を貰いに行かないといけなくて、そこに入るのに暗証番号が必要なので、メールを隅まで読んでおかないと。画像部分を見過ごしてて右往左往しました

This is a rundown property that should not even be available on a website like hotels.com. we are very disappointed as it was listed as a 4 stars hotel and should not even have 1 star.

Todo bien pero el check in es muy tarde, nosotros llegamos en un vuelo por la mañana y el ingreso al apartamento comenzaba a las 4:00 pm

Mucho cuidado con reservar en este Hotel. Te ponen que es de 4 estrellas y te mandan al de la acera de enfrente, tipo Hostal. En la descripcion del Hotel aparece Centro Wellness, bañera con hidromasaje 2 bares...y nada de eso. He reservado por 1 noche, 250€, 1 hab para 2 personas en un Hotel y no sé ni cómo se llama donde estoy en este momento. Edif viejo, en una hab sin ventanas, tiene 1 en el techo, para usar el jacuzzi que tiene el apto(que NO reserve), cobran 60€ extras. Para mas remate esta tarde me han mandado 1 correo diciendo que me han dado 1 Upgrade de Hab con terraza y vistas a la ciudad y lo que tengo es 1 claraboya en el techo. Llevo mas de 2h hablando con el equipo de Hotels.com y no hay solucion hasta este momento, sin mencionar que en el pago de la reserva sólo aparece el dinero en tarjeta pero mi noche gratis canjeda se desaparecio.

Muy amplio y todo muy limpio y agradable

La propiedad está muy bien, algunos muebles necesitan un poco de mantenimiento pero el internet, es híper lento. Por lo demás muy bien

Buen lugar para grupos grandes, acceso a transporte público, zona relajada y juvenil

Mike and Gus team are awesome!!! We got in late due to the airlines and they were awesome. They helped us with a few things and made all the difference!!! Many thanks to you and the team for a great stay!!!!

Nos quedamos una noche pero el ruido no permitió que lograramos dormir, en los alrededores nos encontramos personas que se nos acercaron pidiendo dinero y no nos sentimos seguros

es un lugar agradable muy bien ubicado a unas cuantas cuadras de la. gran via muy limpio solo que es demasido caro para lo pequeño que esta!!!

Thank you for a truly lovely stay, the accommodation was very comfortable, even though the street outside can get very busy at night it was very quiet in the room. Definitely recommend as the location is great, really close to metros so you can easily get around without too much hassle and also close to a couple of small supermarkets. Thank you again we would love to return :)
