Thank you for a truly lovely stay, the accommodation was very comfortable, even though the street outside can get very busy at night it was very quiet in the room. Definitely recommend as the location is great, really close to metros so you can easily get around without too much hassle and also close to a couple of small supermarkets. Thank you again we would love to return :)

Room was an attic, bed was positioned on the edge of the slanted ceiling so if you are not very careful you will hit your head a lot. Shampoo and handsoap provided are the same, make sure you bring your own toiletries including toilet paper.

The hot tub was not used. The apartment is like an attic of a house, and the hot tub is snugged on the 45 degree angle in the corner.. It’s almost impossible getting in and out if it. Don’t fear your hopes up. I wouldn’t stay there again.

the property they put us tries to apprar fancy with the art deco and jacuzzi but none of all that matters when you:
-the furniture smells like piss. dirty sofa/furniture stains all over. lots of cracks or open spaces in the bathroom ceiling. makes you question security/privacy
- the shower is in the jacuzzi which is kind of slippery and there are some
jacuzzi water outlet right underneath the shower head.
- the laundry wasnt there but it was listed as one of the amenities (kind of like false advertising imho)
I can honestly put in more but this property is not worth more than the time I already put in.

This is not a four-star facility. The apartments are associated with the 4 star hotel up the street but that is it. No doorman. 2 euro to store your luggage in a locker off the entryway. No toiletries of any kind. When we called to ask front desk for hand soap was told it was only for hotel guests. The sofa was made of foam, full of stains, and falling apart. It was covered with a sheet to hide its defects. It was a frat house stay not 4 stars.

The apartment would have been fine except that there was construction beneath our room which woke us up too early. Also, across the street a homeless man sat on his perch every morning screaming at the world, starting at 7am. The homeless man is one thing, but management should have told us about the construction before we booked. When we complained about the noise, we were told that it would cost and additional 45e to move. The smart move for any business would have been to offer us a break or move us to another place at no additional cost. We would have never booked the apt if we knew of the construction or the homeless man.This was my first attempt at booking this way, and will probably be my last. We loved Madrid (and Spain), but this in no way spoiled our trip - just the first two nights. But, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this space.

Amazing place, affordable, lovely staff, great location but LOUD all night long. My aunt did not sleep at all in 2 nights. We both loved it but motorcycles, garbage trucks, construction, elevators, etc. We just too loud for us to go back. I so wish they could help that.

We have three days reserve but we changed our room because water was cold and the room too!
We conviced the concierge after three times (but they know that the was broken and propose us to use a litte electrical stove!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

We arrived late at night for our stay and was a bit confused about gaining entry as taxi dropped outside apartment entry but 24/7 reception was across the road on other side of the road and up the street. Once that was sorted, all staff were very helpful and apartment very well presented and beds very comfy. Full kitchen facilities, living area and bathroom with separate main bedroom and two additional twin beds for kids.

We were pleasantly surprised! The apartment is extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. The pictures don't do the space justice! The location is perfect. We were able to walk to all the main sites.
