时间公寓式饭店

地方太吵了，如果是家庭組的話吵到半夜都還是很吵 早上外面也很少，因為在做打掃，所以每天早晚都很吵，沒辦法好好的休息

距離sol地鐵及英國宮百貨公司很近，樓下就有餐廳，吃飯很方便，不過要是妳怕吵，不推薦這裡，因爲到了凌晨1點多，街上還是滿滿的人再吃東及聊天，早餐很棒～超值

The location is great, It is in the heart of Madrid. Very close to metro.

雖然房間不是很大且還是得爬一點樓梯，但整體服務很不錯 早餐也很好，麻雀雖少五臟俱全

Wi-Fi有点不给力

We had two rooms and one of them never had hot water, despite asking every day for it to be fixed. They also didn’t offer us any money back on that room.

El precio es injustificadamente alto para este tipo de apartamentos. Las fotos no corresponden a la realidad. Todo está muy antiguo. Es muy ruidoso.

Great location in central Madrid and many restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable. However their booking policy is very deceiving. I booked the hotel through Expedia but the front desk lady insisted that I pay them directly and have to choose to pay in US doollar with their exchange rate. So we ended up paying $40 more than what was quoted by Expedia. Ironically on the receipt it was stated that we were given the choice to pay Euro or US dollar. There is no living room in this apartment, just two bedrooms and a kitchenette. There is no coffee or tea provided, no coffee pot either. If you want to cook, you will need to buy cooking oil and salt as none of the basic spices are provided. It looks like there is a washer but again no soap is provided. There is no paper towels or tissue paper provided either. The hot water tank is very small and water temperature is very hard to adjust. After two people take a shower, the third person has to wait for hours before the water gets warm again. The towels of this place are paper thin, the cheapest kind I have never seen before at a hotel. It took a long time to warm up the room and it never got up to the cozy temperature we wanted. There is no closet in the second bedroom and no place to hang your clothes. If you want to keep the luggage at this place for a few hours after you check out, your luggage will be put in an open air area with no cover above. Overall this is not a comfortable place for travelers.

Atendimento da recepção, limpeza, localização, silencioso, café da manhã e cama boa. Excelente!

It was too hard to open the apartment door. I think they'd better to maintain it work properly.

The location was great. We had an issue where we walked by check in as no-one was there and it looked more like an office than a check in desk. The online pictures of the hotel in Expedia were far more attractive than reality, which had a bit of an industrial vibe in the hallways. The breakfast was decent and in the restaurant next door (upstairs). The location is in an alley with restaurants, charming and in the center of all the main attractions, 20 minutes walk from most. There was a kitchen that we didn't use but good for longer stays. Staying will depend on you priorities, if you want a nicer environment this is not the place, but if you want to be central, need the capability to cook or if the price is right, this will work fine.

Big apartment that was clean, had a safe, and kitchen including stove and fridge. Kitchen fan was able to drown out street noise. Check in process was easy. Good breakfast as well.

Sauberes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück grosse Auswahl. Wir konnte öfters heisse Getränke bestellen und es wurde nicht verrechnet. Nebst dem Buffet gibt es auch warme Toasts. Ja das Hotel ist alt aber es war sauber tägliche Reinigung. Die Lage ist BOMBASTISCH.

Bien que bien situé. Il ya beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à tard dans la nuit et très tôt le matin. La salle de bain a des moisissures autour du bain. Les serviettes sont minimales , pas de vrai serviette de bain!!! Les lits ne sont pas protégés . L’environnement est toutefois propre. Pas de micro onde dans notre chambre ni de coffre de sécurité.

Accueil sympathique et efficace, mais le logement malgré un surclassement est assez décevant : cuisine minimaliste, chauffage insuffisant, eau chaude épuisée rapidement et beaucoup de bruit généré par les bars de la rue...

Cleans rooms and polite staffs. Breakfast is taken just down at the cafe. There was no enough.
