Nettoyage ou remplacement des serviettes seulement sur demande. L'annonce faisait état d'un grand frigo congélateur, il ne s'agit que d'un TOP. Les horaires d'ouverture de la réception ne sont pas respectés. Point positif la disponibilité et la gentilesse de la personne en charge de l'entretien. Nous ne renouvèlerons pas l'expérience. Cleaning or replacement of towels only on request. The advert mentioned a large fridge freezer, this is only a TOP. Reception opening times are not respected. On the plus side, the person in charge of cleaning was available and friendly. We will not repeat the experience.

Cleaning not exceptional, room cleaned only 2 times in 13 days. Quite close to the sea and some supermarkets. Nothing special, acceptable.

La Única pega del apartamento es que la recepción no estaba casi nunca abierta y no cogian el teléfono que ponen de Contacto. En cuanto a lo demás todo muy bien el trato cuando hemos podido localizarles bien

The apartments are very very basic! On one occasion there was cigarette stubs in the pool. There are absolutely no facilities on site!

La verdad q los aptos estan muy bien y el citio donde estan os lo recomiendo para pasar unos dias de relajacion totall en familia y la atencion muy cordial estaremos pronto x alli de nuevo

Pool area lovely, great views, spacious, clean, large balcony. Comfortable bed, value for money.

There are so many benefits: - Really good service, very kind receptionists that shared useful tips on what to see, and where to go. - Very good price. - Spacious terrace and a spectacular view of the sea, town and hills. - Location & flexibility as the hotel is a short walking distance to the sea, harbour, and the centre of the town. - Privacy & comfortable beds. - Recommendable to any types of travellers (couples, solo, families). We had a really good experience and would love to come back.

Wieder einmal wurden wir freundlich empfangen und konnten das gleiche Appartment wie beim letzten Mal bewohnen.Mit bestem Meerblick.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maravilloso sitio para desconectar de la rutina, muy tranquilo y con pocos clientes ( por el covid). El señor de la recepción muy amable. Hemos ido 2 veces y repetiremos.

Pues el establecimiento está bien respecto calidad y precio. Cierto es que carecía de utensilios de cocina pero lo solucionaron rapidamente.

Una vista espectacular y un apartamento bonito.

Check in was stated to be 2-4.30pm so I arrived at 3pm. The entrance (gate) was locked and for 10 minutes I waited patiently, ringing the bell regularly, with no answer. Over the next 3 hours I called the number, which is on the booking & by the door, many times. Twice early on it was answered and I was told that someone would be there soon. They weren't. The other times the number was busy or unanswered. I called hotels.com who also couldn't reach them, and they started to search for alternative accommodation for me, though after over 40 minutes that call dropped. All that time, over 3 hours, I was waiting at the main entrance and not one person arrived or left the complex, it seemed to be closed, and it started to get dark. Finally a man arrived. He was pleasant and while I waited at reception he went to prepare what he said would be a nicer room than the one booked. It was okay except that there was a hole in the kitchen sink that meant that water flowed into the cupboard underneath. I messaged the management, as the staff had again left, but no reply from them, and nothing was done. I used the bathroom sink instead of the kitchen sink for the rest of my stay. The problem was clearly not new from the mess in the cupboard. The wifi offered in compensation at check in was only accessible from near the pool, not from the room or its terrace. I never got any response or apology from management I regret booking here, there are many better run, nicer & cheaper apartments around.

Todo lo que les he puesto a "Hotels.com no ha servido para nada", ya que han preferido premiar al propietario y perjudicar al cliente, después de la desagradable experiencia vivida allí por mi familia y habiendo sido una de las peores en un complejo de apartamentos. Cuando llegamos: Sin papel, sin sabanas, sin mantas, sin cubo de basura y sin bosas, la TV no funciona, sin cepillo, sin pala, sin Wifi, sin lavavajillas, sin comunicación con el dueño ya que no me contesta a llamadas, sms, wassaps fotos, vídeos, etc. Durante y por la noche: TV sigue estropeada, no hay Wifi, el dueño sigue pasando de nosotros y sobre todo, sobre todo lo que SÍ HABÍA eran....(arañas y muchas CUCARACHAS); ....la piscina estaba el fondo totalmente sucio con alas de CUCARACHAS, trozos de plásticos y dice un Venezolano que vive allí y de dudosa legalidad, y no dicho por mí que (es el chico de los recados y demás allí) y que dice se limpia 1 vez a la semana. Algo bueno: Las vistas son muy bonitas y decir que "el que no llora, no mama" y por eso al día siguiente apareció un señor que dice ser que era el antigüo presidente porque tuvo problemas con la directiva etc; él fué el que nos proporcionó otro bungalow para dormir y si queriamos nos podíamos quedar una noche más. De todas formas nunca supe quién decía la verdad y si esta misma persona es la que nunca nos escuchó a todas las fotos, llamadas y audios que les mandamos el primer día. Mala gestión, comunicación y servicio.No puedo cargar las imágenes

Buena relacion calidad precio, todo tal cual sale en las fotos.

Gail est très sympathique et nous a donné de très bon conseils pour profiter de notre séjour. Le personnel dans son ensemble est agréable. L'équipement de l'appartement est assez sommaire. La piscine est très bien. L'absence de climatisation et le bruit des voisins rend les nuits assez difficiles...
