離馬德里機場近，附近有大型購物中心可逛。大約下午五點打電話請飯店派接駁車到機場，完全沒有人接聽，一直忙線中，最後只好自己叫計程車去飯店。

Everything was great and enjoyed my stay the staff were nice and helpful always.

EL HOTEL ES HERMOSO, MUY LIMPIO, HUELE DIVINO, LA CAMA MUY CÓMODA TODO ERA PERFECTO SOLO QUE EL AIRE NO ESTABA ENFRIANDO MUCHO Y PASAMOS UNA NOCHE ACALORADA! DE RESTO INCREÍBLE Y MUY CERCA AL AEREOPUERTO!! LO MEJOR 100% RECOMENDADO

For a quick overnight is fine in case of a layover in Madrid. A bit away from Madrid Centro if you have the time to explore, about 25 euros for an Uber. The shuttle service is great but it could be a bit hectic, I arrived on a late flight and manage to get on the first shuttle but as they run through all terminals my ride got pretty full out of T4 but the driver alerted the hotel and another shuttle was on the way. The a/c in the room was not great as it is controlled and it was a bit warm for our like while sleeping.

Great room and appreciated the upgrade, however huge queues at breakfast meaning no time for a hot drink, very weird access on doors meaning couldn't always get into the room, very slow service in the restaurant. A shame as it could be a nice hotel

Main problen was the nearly identicle property next door. Easy to go to room property. We reserved a 4:30 am shuttle ride to the airport for 4 the night before. When 4:30 am came up. The shuttle drive said "only got room for 2" hopped in the shuttle and drove off, before my wife could say anything.

Very modern property. Nice location.

We really enjoyed this hotel and they were very responsive to messages through the app. The front desk was incredibly patient with us because we spoke very little Spanish. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. The property was also very clean and everyone was really nice to us. Highly recommend!

Primero nunca mandaron las indicaciones para recogernos en el aeropuerto, termine hablando. Todo iba bien, nos recogieron del aeropuerto, el hotel esta muy bien y limpio y hay un centro comercial a 10 min caminando. El preoblema fue a la hora de bañarme, el piso de su regadera es una trampa mortal super resbalosa, de hecho sufri una caída y estaré incapacitado por lo menos una semana, pero esa caída pudo ser mortal, increíble que no cumplan con las reglas de seguridad, ojala y no se mate alguien ahi. Fui a presentar Mi queja y el gerente no tuvo los suficientes para salir y dar la cara. No vayan a ese hotel, pueden salir muertos si se bañan en sus regaderas.
