Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue absolutamente excepcional y superó todas las expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable; el personal no solo fue increíblemente atento y profesional, sino que también se anticipó a todas nuestras necesidades, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y cuidados en todo momento.

Very clise to national park. Exceptionally tranquile. Stunning sense of space. Huge beach. Amazing shop in the hotel with a huge variety of products- clothing, shoes and usual gift items. Extremely well priced and authentic cafe and tapas nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I liked my stay. The bed was comfortable and the proximity to the beach was great. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to find fresh food (e.g., groceries) within walking distance. Eating at the hotel's restaurant was the only option. The buffet was ok, but did not have as many healthy choices as I would have hoped. Also, there were some inconsistencies in pricing (the front desk mentioned 19 euros for the breakfast, my Expedia booking said 10 euros, and I was charged either 10 or 15 depending on the day). The gym was also relatively nice, although the air conditioning did not work well. The windows were open the four times I went, and the room was very humid and hot, unfortunately.

La estancia inmejorable, habitaciones amplias, comodas, limpias. Detalles como agua en habitacion, cafetera con capsulas e infusiones. Entorno del hotel muy bonito, para dar paseos y acceso a la playa. Buffet variado y calidad. Siempre me alojo en Barcelo...sin duda volveremos! 3 piscinas amplias, para nadar...hamacas, todo perfecto.

La habitación es muy espaciosa, la terraza más, en mi caso, miraba hacia las arenas, y de fondo el mar.
El parking se pga en una máquina en el acceso al parking.
Para comer fuera del hotel hay que andar unos 10 - 15 minutos, pero lo que encuentras, compensa el paseo, y el paseo compensa lo que comes 😁

Laid back beautiful property. While it is summer in the USA, it was not considered summer season in early June while we were there. Low staff and some activities and pools not full hours. The staff that was there was patient, welcoming and very professional. We would come again! Also, the lobby and our room smelled amazing! Some sort of jasmine scent? Whatever it was, it was a very nice scent

Desværre var der fritflyvende fugle som fløj rundt i buffeten i restauranten. Virkelig ulækkert og uhygeinisk. Vi ville ikke spise i restauranten under disse forhold da personalet sagde de ikke kunne gøre noget ved det. Vi prøvede flere dage i træk, men fuglene var der stadig. Personalet var meget venlige og gav os en kompensation, men det ødelagde ikke desto mindre vores samlede opfattelse af opholdet, da vi ikke kunne/ville bruge restauranten .
