Very clise to national park. Exceptionally tranquile. Stunning sense of space. Huge beach. Amazing shop in the hotel with a huge variety of products- clothing, shoes and usual gift items. Extremely well priced and authentic cafe and tapas nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I liked my stay. The bed was comfortable and the proximity to the beach was great. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to find fresh food (e.g., groceries) within walking distance. Eating at the hotel's restaurant was the only option. The buffet was ok, but did not have as many healthy choices as I would have hoped. Also, there were some inconsistencies in pricing (the front desk mentioned 19 euros for the breakfast, my Expedia booking said 10 euros, and I was charged either 10 or 15 depending on the day). The gym was also relatively nice, although the air conditioning did not work well. The windows were open the four times I went, and the room was very humid and hot, unfortunately.

Laid back beautiful property. While it is summer in the USA, it was not considered summer season in early June while we were there. Low staff and some activities and pools not full hours. The staff that was there was patient, welcoming and very professional. We would come again! Also, the lobby and our room smelled amazing! Some sort of jasmine scent? Whatever it was, it was a very nice scent

The hotel is in a great location outside of the city. There is a beautiful park right along the ocean. It is a great place to walk and enjoy the sea. The facility is well-maintained and has a delicious breakfast buffet..

Both large pools closed without notice and also the pool snack bar making a large outdoor area worthless. SPA booking App did not work saying everything was booked for weeks ahead. Breakfast room dirty and disorganised and food only passable despite relatively low hotel occupancy. Staff (except cleaners) unfriendly. Was not even asked how the stay was when leaving. Booked a junior suite that overlooked roofs with solar panels and the side of the balcony overlooked all the hotel bins and area where restaurant staff congregated to chat and smoke. Every night staff emptied glass bottles and rubbish well after 10pm in the bins making an awful noise. Overall, a lovely spacious room, but poor service, amenities and rather low quality.
