巴塞罗马德里大楼酒店

房間蠻小的，而且視野不是太好，早餐很豐富是優點，服務有待加強

房間很大也乾淨，櫃檯服務人員很親切，早餐選擇很豐富，旁邊就是公園，離皇宮很近，逛街很方便，如果有機會再去馬德里，還是會選擇入住這裡。

都很好，升到陽台房間唯一缺點就是地鐵經過時房間會有共震聲響，尤其晚上睡覺很有感😰

除了晚上夜店的聲音真的有點吵，其他都很好👍

Excellent hotel and staffs. The gentleman gave us a free upgrade to a suite room which made the stay perfect. Very convenient location, you can walk maximum 20 minutes to the famous venues. Will stay again if come again

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel at best a very upscale Motel 8. The view was spectacular and the room was spotless. However, the sewage / mold smell mixed with a broken tv and no face towel left a bit to be desired based on I was truly expecting a 5 star experience.

Well located, clean, good size rooms!

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room overlooked Plaza Espana which was decorated for Christmas. The hotel had easy access and was within walking distance to very good resturants, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, Real Palace de Madrid and other attractions. Had stayed here before. Will stay again in the future.

All was good…the hotel hall smelled of sewage but the room was large, modern, clean and did not smell. The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff very helpful.

Excellent service and location. A few dining options on site and superb breakfast buffet. Very good rooms although small. Close to everything walking. Would stay again.

We didn’t eat breakfast as it was pretty pricey. Concierge service was not great. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Ambience was very nice. Did not try the restaurants.

Air conditioning is very noisy. Room at the 3td floor can hear trains running.

Great hotel with polite and friendly staff

I stayed seven nights at Barceló Torre de Madrid and had an excellent experience. The staff were warm, professional, and consistently attentive. Our room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was the highlight for both me and my mom—eggs cooked to order, Spanish chorizo, ham, cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, local delicacies, fresh fruit, and even a honeycomb station. The variety and quality were outstanding every morning. The location couldn’t be better. We walked to everything—Zara, Mango, great restaurants, Christmas markets, parks, and all the beautiful holiday festivities. Being right on Plaza de España made exploring Madrid effortless. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
