Everything about this hotel was amazing ! Friendly staff , clean rooms attentive doormen. Would definitely return. Oh and GREAT location!

Excellent hotel and staffs. The gentleman gave us a free upgrade to a suite room which made the stay perfect. Very convenient location, you can walk maximum 20 minutes to the famous venues. Will stay again if come again

房間很大也乾淨，櫃檯服務人員很親切，早餐選擇很豐富，旁邊就是公園，離皇宮很近，逛街很方便，如果有機會再去馬德里，還是會選擇入住這裡。

Property is wonderful!!
Arrival front desk was exceptional. Check out receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and just plain nasty.
Breakfast was phenomenal!! Staff was very helpful, friendly and kept the area clean and well stocked.
Room: extremely clean and stocked.
I will be back and will deal with rude female receptionist!!

We were given an upgrade to a suite- windows looking onto the other side of the hotel. Room was quiet- bed was comfortable, but freezing cold as the duvet was too thin for the temperature we had. Air con did not work. Quite confusing having to go to one lift to level 2 then change lifts for the hotel rooms. Reception on check in is strange too- very unco-ordinated and quite rude
