房間蠻小的，而且視野不是太好，早餐很豐富是優點，服務有待加強

房間很大也乾淨，櫃檯服務人員很親切，早餐選擇很豐富，旁邊就是公園，離皇宮很近，逛街很方便，如果有機會再去馬德里，還是會選擇入住這裡。

都很好，升到陽台房間唯一缺點就是地鐵經過時房間會有共震聲響，尤其晚上睡覺很有感😰

除了晚上夜店的聲音真的有點吵，其他都很好👍

Excellent hotel and staffs. The gentleman gave us a free upgrade to a suite room which made the stay perfect. Very convenient location, you can walk maximum 20 minutes to the famous venues. Will stay again if come again

The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars is because of the noise from the elevators. To their credit, we were immediately moved and upgraded to a suite away from the constant noise of the elevators. If you are a light sleeper keep this in mind when booking. We cannot say more about the staff and the location of the hotel itself. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The location is perfect for exploring Madrid.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is extremely well run, the design of the room and bathroom is excellent, the staff are lovely and they even have linen napkins at breakfast! The location is really central. I will definitely return.

we discovered numerous bloodstains on various items in the room, including the bedsheets, pillowcases, pillow inserts, bath towels, hand towels, blankets, and even the bathroom floor mat. ​This discovery has been deeply distressing and has caused us significant emotional trauma. Beyond the immediate shock, we are gravely concerned about the potential health risks. If these bloodstains carry any infectious diseases, it poses a direct threat to our well-being.

Swimming pool opening hours are little a bit ridiculous. People are on holiday, hotel sign outside says 5* and you can swim 10am-9pm

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Huge bathroom and double king bed which was very comfortable. Good location, right next to a metro station. We stayed over looking the back of the property which must be above a club though. Unfortunately that meant our sleep was heavily disturbed every evening, from 11pm through to 6am. Take earplugs! We wouldn’t stay again due to this as left more tired than we arrived.

Hotel simplesmente excelente! Equipe extremamente simpática, eficiente e prestativa. Hotel super limpo e confortável, café da manhã incrível e a melhor localização... perto de tudo. Amei o hotel !
