(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for our room. We can hear the next room was flushing toilet, upstairs guests were having showing, opening their suitcases, walking though their room. The room door has no door buffering. It makes loud sound while anyone was closing the door. We were woken up once at around 3 a.m because the next room guests were probably ‘busing’ in the toilet.

Lovely hotel and great staff. Liked the location as easy to access everywhere including a shortish walk to the beach.

O hotel é bonito e bem localizado, porém o tato no atendimento pelo recepcionista do período da tarde/noite deixou a desejar. Um ponto estranho é que não há recepção entre 22h e 5h da manhã. Pelo valor de diária, esperava um atendimento mais cordial.

Mala atencion por parte del personal en recepcion por la tarde, cero atentos, cuando llegue no servia el elevador y el host me pidio que subiera 3 PISOS una d las maletas que pesaba 23kg, Despues de que llegue acalorada por los 3 pisos q cargue la maleta estaba super caliente la habitacion con A/C apagado, en conclusion fatal, traten de no elegir este hotel perdon turismo de interior por q es pesima opcion....

Loved it here. 10/10 recommend. The staff is lovely, the hotel is nice and clean, great location, the bathroom is larger, etc. would stay again.

Would have got more stars but a problem with we had need to be reminded of a few time before it was fixed.

Great location and very comfortable stay. The staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and the breakfast was well stocked with everything you would expect to see there.

Quarto com pouco lugar para as malas. Acústica não ajudou muito no barulho dos outros hóspedes. Hotel bem localizado e café da manhã bom.

The staff were extra professional! All the requests that I made I had results within minutes!! Really impressed with everything

Tudo maravilhoso! Atendimento, cafe da mamha, localizacao e limpeza. Perto de varios pontos de interesse.

Personal, Aussehen und Zustand des Hotels waren sehr gut. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu Fuß war Ales gut erreichbar, Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Wir würden zwar wieder kommen, würden aber nicht wieder ein Standard Zimmer buchen, da es doch recht klein und eng ist und durch die platzsparenden Schiebetür zur Toilette hin, bekommt man wirklich alles mit. Tür direkt neben dem Bett. Auch die Flure sind etwas hellhörig. Dennoch würden wir das Hotel empfehlen.

Convenient location

A lovely hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect next to the old town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We haf a fantastic room with a big terrace Jörgen o Anneli
