Spacious clean rooms. Has a pool good to cool down during the hot weather. We had a small hiccup due to checkin and security issue, but overall well-managed and explained by the staff.

除了地理位置優越外，方便去各景點和shopping,酒店就一切非常麻麻啦，四星級酒店就是這樣啦。

酒店整体上还可以，一家老酒店，位置十分中心，出门不远就是加泰罗尼亚广场和兰布拉大道，也是因为位置比较好，所以酒店整体略显拥挤

The location is great and

Room always felt damp AC barely worked Shower door did not close all the way, so the rest of the bathroom floor was constantly wet after a shower.

Recommended Hotel near La Ramblas, friendly staff and clean rooms

Ok perfec

Spacious room, family of 4 had space and wasn’t cramped. Facilities were great considering central location, very walkable to many nearby attractions.

Great hotel

The best thing about this hotel is excellent location. Staff was polite and ready to help, but everything else was not so good. Very noisy, not for couples, many children who are running and screaming during the night and day. We get a room 115 which was spacy but located at the same level as pool and bar, we couldnt move the curtains during the whole stay, and also listening all people who were at the pool during the day. We have tried twice some food from pool bar, it was quite bad, but alao expensive. Hotel have a lot of potential but it is not used obvioulsy.

Close to main square however rooms dated and dark. Requested an upgrade with a balcony and received an upgrade with a smaller room and no bslcony

Our room was not ready at 3pm when we check in, we had to wait a while. I wish there are more people at the help desk, service was taking a while. However, the room is very clean, bathroom has been remodeled with double sinks, very nice shower and the beds are very comfortable. Overall is good.

Hôtel très propre et emplacement idéal. Mais climatisation un peu timide (chambres) et piscine souvent prise d’assaut et places de transats limitées…

Lovely looking hotel but service and pool area let it down promoted as pool and family friendly we stayed 4 nights and couldn’t get a single bed by the pool any of the days only 12 available. Poor reception staff asked for tea bags 3 times, told to call room service but phones didn’t work in the rooms which was reported but nothing done plug sockets hanging out of walls was concerning also reported but nothing done

部屋は3人で泊まっても狭く感じなく、バスタブとシャワールームが別れていて使いやすかったです。ドライヤーもよかった。 立地は交通の拠点であるカタルーニャ広場から近く、隣の駅も利用できて、どこへ行くにも便利でした。また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

Excellent facilities and lovely staff. Rooms are very comfortable.

Hotel is ok overall, but check-in is only at 3pm. Due to our flight we arrived too early — at 9:15am. It was fully booked. Check out time at 12pm. Note that on the day of checking out the cleaning lady knocked on the door already at 11:40am! We were about to leave. It would’ve taken 30 minutes to clean up the room and the room would’ve been ready three hours earlier. I’m sure the same happened on my day of checking in. And yet —administration politely but a bit annoyed made us wait for 5 1/2 hours and only provided us with our room only by 3:05 PM – not even ONE minute earlier! Later that morning more Americans arrived. I noticed that this non-corporation with earlier checking-in applies to American citizens primarily — my observation which they will easily object. Plus the location is not the best, bums downstairs, no doorman helps with luggage, etc. Regardless, will not be there again.
