Staffs are nice and helpful, room is clean. Overall, it’s very good.

Fue solo de paso a dormir pero muy bien, calidad precio aceptable, seguro que repito. Muy amable, simpático y atento el recepcionista que nos atendió a las 00:15 jajajaja

Very good value for money

Tuvimos un problemilla con la cafetera del la habitación,la chica de recepción no invitó a los cafés en la cafetería del hotel,y al día siguiente vino el chico de mantenimiento y no la arreglo y aparte de arreglarla,le regaló a mi hija un sobre de nesquik y botellita de le y un zumo pequeño,un fenómeno,detallazo,gente muy agradable,muchas gracias de verdad,recomendable,cuando volvamos a Madrid repetiremos seguro

El hotel está bien en general pero el plato de ducha estaba extremadamente desgastado con sensación de sucio y los colchones estaban justos, para mí tendría que cambiarlos. El resto en general bastante bien

Hotel muito confortável e com boa localização, próxima ao aeroporto. Na hora de fazer a reserva, tivemos, pela imagem no mapa, a impressão de que a estação de metrô Suanzes estaria bem próxima, porque eram apenas duas quadras, mas as quadras são enormes! (a distância real é de cerca de 800m, ou 14 minutos de caminhada). A recepção foi muito amável e prestativa e guardou nossas malas após o check-out para fazermos passeios. O hotel oferece café da manhã, mas não utilizamos. No geral, uma estadia muito boa e um bom custo/benefício. O único inconveniente que achamos foi que não disponibilizam a utilização do forno de micro-ondas para os hóspedes.

Nice staffs, clean and modern

Un hotel que cumple con lo necesario para alojarse un par de días. A pesar de que está lejos del centro de Madrid tiene la parada de camión enfrente para poderse mover a donde sea.

The hotel staff was ver helpful Javi o Javier helped us book taxi pick up early in the morning and he also helped us when our luggage's were delivered to the hotel after the airline lost our luggage's. Overall the location was great easy to get to restaurants and attractions the streets were quiet so we were able to sleep well

Olvidamos algunas pertenencias y se comunicaron conmigo para informarme definitivamente volveré.

Room is very comfortable, shower is leaking all over the floor. The biggest disappointment with this hotel was the breakfast we paid for. There was nothing to eat. Lots of bread and cold cuts, plain cereal, yogurt and fruits. Eggs were gone in seconds, people were arguing over it. I recomnded the hotel, just don’t waste money on breakfast

La limpieza y el orden

First of all, this hotel is not central at all. I booked because it stated it was close to plaza mayor however it is in the business district, so if you are traveling to experience Madrid, you will need to take a taxi or Uber and spend between $15-$30 just to get there. The price will fluctuate depending on the time of day and traffic. The air conditioner was not working. The check out time on the reservation said 2pm, but it was at 12pm and we were not advised until that noon. Eco friendly because only one pillow. It was noisy and I could hear the cars from the street. Great water pressure and temperature with dove shampoo and body wash
