Very clean, good rooms, nice staffe

객실도 넉넉했지만 욕실이 크고 편했어요. 침대가 편해서 3일간 잘잤네요. 늦은시간 공항도착이라 가까운 호텔로 예약, 택시로10분정도~(22유로) 좋았는데,,제일 가까운suanzes전철역까지는 도보10분넘는 거리여서 한참 걸은듯..조식 좋았고, 객실에 창문이 오픈되는 점도 좋았어요

La habitacion era perfecta

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, good choice at breakfast but toaster needs speeding up or replacing. Friendly staff, room was clean and had everything needed for a peaceful sleep in a comfortable bed. Close Metro and bus routes, 15mins from airport in a taxi.

Está muy alejado del centro pero con estación de metro muy cerca y paradas de autobús cercanas. Sólo hemos utilizado el hotel para descansar. Todo muy limpio y muy tranquilo.

I had a pleasant stay at DWO Alcalá Hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection to start the day. The staff were helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is not very close to the city center, so you’ll need to take public transport or have a car to get around easily. Also, note that the restaurant only serves à la carte food starting from 7pm — something to consider if you're arriving hungry earlier in the evening. Overall, a good option if you're looking for a quiet and clean place to stay outside the busy city center.

First of all clean rooms. Nice staff, and very polite reception and most important thing that they knew english! Very safe place. Little bit far from city center but not any big deal. Near to subway and very pleasure resturants nearby. We enjoyed staying there and we will back for sure.👍❤️

El hotel está muy bien, moderno, limpio, camas cómodas. El único fallo es que el espacio para el desayuno se les queda pequeño y a según que horas no se puede desayunar bien. Además de ser muy justo en variedad y cantidad.

Habitación no muy grande minimalista con camas grandes. Limpio. La insonorización no es buena, se oye a las habitaciones colondantes

Fue solo de paso a dormir pero muy bien, calidad precio aceptable, seguro que repito. Muy amable, simpático y atento el recepcionista que nos atendió a las 00:15 jajajaja

Very good value for money

Tuvimos un problemilla con la cafetera del la habitación,la chica de recepción no invitó a los cafés en la cafetería del hotel,y al día siguiente vino el chico de mantenimiento y no la arreglo y aparte de arreglarla,le regaló a mi hija un sobre de nesquik y botellita de le y un zumo pequeño,un fenómeno,detallazo,gente muy agradable,muchas gracias de verdad,recomendable,cuando volvamos a Madrid repetiremos seguro

El hotel está bien en general pero el plato de ducha estaba extremadamente desgastado con sensación de sucio y los colchones estaban justos, para mí tendría que cambiarlos. El resto en general bastante bien
