Everything was good except for the missing minibar. For a 4-star hotel, I think a complimentary minibar or afternoon refreshment would be a nice addition.

Such a good location. Right in the city center. The staff was all so kind. I got sick and they were extremely helpful, they sent a doctor to my room. Very nice amenities as well and the room was great.

The breakfast was disappointing (for a Brit) as there wasn't much choice unless you wanted continental. The toasters were so slow, we gave up!
Also, 1 coffee per person in the room was stingy, with no option for tea, etc. Also a cardboard cup, which was disappointing.
The location was brilliant, with lots on the doorstep and the metro about 200yds away.
Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Great location—within easy walking distance of major attractions, metro stations, and plenty of shopping. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They clearly made an effort to ensure our stay was comfortable, which we really appreciated.
The only minor downsides were that the elevators were a bit slow at times, and the pillows were somewhat hard and flat for my liking. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
