酒店在市中心，出门游玩和购物都很方便，酒店环境幽雅，早餐丰富美味。

接待人員都很客氣，早餐也很好吃、房間很大，只是每天的備品都不提供、住了四天只給一次備品，而且用過的東西拿走了補新的也沒有補得很齊、譬如睡袍濕了就收回去、也不給你新的。

Our first stay at this historic hotel was simply wonderful. Welcoming and helpful staff, squeaky clean and quiet room (even in a front-facing "city view" room). Half a block off la Rambla and within easy walking distance of Picasso museum, Gothic Quarter, Casa Batlló, etc.

Staff was wonderful!! Centrally located in Barcelona so easy walks to many sites along with close Metro stops. We dined at both eateries they suggested, and they gave us super directions. Gorgeous hotel with a very nice breakfast in the morning. Had airport shuttle there immediately. We look forward to returning soon.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit erstklassigem Service in hervorragender Lage. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich das unmittelbar neben dem Hotel gelegene Restaurant Batea. Dieses sehr schöne Bistrorestaurant hat für mich absolutes Sterneniveau. Wir haben hier mehrfach fantastisch gespeist.

My mother and I stayed in the Beatles room and it was amazing! Tons of room and super comfortable! The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was delicious!!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of shops, major tourist attractions and transport links. I would love to stay here again in future.

内装が綺麗で、ロビーではテンションが上がりました！ウェルカムドリンクやお菓子があって嬉しかったです！ ルームキーが昔ながらのアナログな鍵で、普段は出来ない体験ができましたが、鍵の開け閉めにコツが必要でした。 また、屋上からの眺めがよかったです！ お部屋にバスタブがあるのも嬉しかったですが、ベッドサイドにコンセントが無く、少し不便でした。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、荷物を預かってくれたり、タクシーを呼んでくれたり、つたない英語にも笑顔で対応してくれました！

Spacious room and very kind staff.

ホテルの雰囲気と立地がよく、観光するのにもとても便利でした。 ただ、使用していないミニバーの請求がチェックアウト後に届き、メールで内容を確認しても返信すらなく、勝手に引き落とされる結果となりました。 滞在中は素敵な思い出となったのに最後がこういった形で終わり、とても残念に思います。

Stayed here for a 3 day break with my wife. Hotel was very easy to get to from the airport since there is a metro station just outside. The location was convenient for all the sights and all transport links easily accessible. The staff were wonderful. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. English was spoken well by all without a problem and we showed willingness to try Spanish which was appreciated. We booked an interior double room which was a comfortable size with a nice shower and a safe for valuables. Rooftop bar and pool were good with an amazing view of the Sagrada Famiglia. Breakfast buffet was excellent (a particular shout out to Veronica who received us at breakfast each day with friendly banter) All in all a great stay in a hotel with loads of character.
