Good location of hotel near sights and dining options. Large room, a bit dated and dark but comfortable. Pleasant, helpful staff.

Great location, excellent service !

Great hotel, with an excellent specialist restaurant that served maybe the best sole we've had for a long time. The staff are terrific- proud of their hotel, knowedegeable and a pleasure to deal with. Hotel very central, easy access to all that Granada has to offer. Recommend them highly.

Very dark room as it was facing directly into another building which was very close. Sink in room and bathroom had a set of deadly glass doors which needed to be opened one at a time. AC was still set to heat when it was 25c and had to be reset by front desk. Cobwebs in room and remote TV control out of battery. Breakfast very average.parking is €28 per day and down the road and very tight garage for mid size car

Great location and service.

Room was fine though a little small don’t think I ever had bed so close to door. We were in alleyway on1st floor (hotels.com special?) which you got some noise at night but not much. Bathroom is bizarre: sink in common area, then open door to narrow passage with 2 doors on left (toilet then shower) and bathtub at end. Nearby cathedral. Roof bar was nice with great views, bartender and vibe nice. Marriott nearby is nicer. When checking in staff was more interested with guest brought over by travel agent because his booking at other hotel was lost.

Great location and amazing view of the Alhambra from the rooftop terrace

The staff and location were great! We were close to all the good restaurants and points of interest. When we first arrived the staff showed us on a paper map where everything of our interest was in the area, we really appreciated that. The room had two showers which was a little weird but overall the room was really nice, clean and comfortable.

Good place to stay at clean, friendly close to a lot of shopping areas

This hotel is very comfortable and well run. The staff was particularly helpful with information on local events and sights. The hotel is located near the Cathedral and the Albaicien and Alhambra.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop bar with a view of the cathedral and the Alhambra. Spacious and comfortable room albeit a little noisy as facing the main road. Convenient parking across the road with a discounted rate for hotel guests.

The good: Excellent location, good service, convenient to everything Centro. However, not a true 5-star property when compared to comparables elsewhere around Spain. Oddly situated bathroom layout, somewhat tired furniture, and no bar or quality public relaxation space to meet others. Staff was bi-lingual, helpful, and courteous though, and for the price it was a very good option. Should just be rated as 4 stars instead of 5.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable rooms, nice rooftop with a view of the Alhambra, front desk staff is very friendly and helpful - they proactively helped us map out the city, gave recommendations and helped us get some reservations. Location is very central, parking doesn’t get more convenient than this and overall a very comfortable stay in Granada.

The hotel sent an email in advance explaining the options of parking and how to get there. This was indeed helpful. The staff at the reception were exceedingly polite and helpful. Unfortunately, our room overlooked the Main Street, and the noise at night was disturbing and made for an interrupted sleep. That is my only criticism of this otherwise excellent hotel.

Centrally located

The hotel was centrally located, just 2 blocks from the cathedral. The staff was terrific, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We opted for one of the corner rooms which was Hollywood plush! Dusk drinks at the rooftop bar were magical. Two knocks: 1 the Gran Via is a busy street and is noisy off and on throughout the night with deliveres and speeders. 2. The bathroom design is a mess with plate glass doors banging into each other and a raised shower with a shallow drain pan that flooded the floor. The stay was great but for my light sleeping wife we would not stay on the Gran Via again.

Very nice hotel, art deco style, exceptionally clean and safe. Very professional staff in all areas of the hotel.walking distance to all historic sights.

Beautiful hotel, very centrally located. Super helpful staff, ready to honour every request and answer every question. Comfortable rooms, quiet place. Highly recommended
