非常好，房间很大

我今次非常生氣，原因係我預訂了露台房，並已預早告我會 late check in, 但當我到達時，職員告知我房間滿咗，就比咗一間無露台嘅細房我，而我相信此房係給予一些老人家或殘障人士住的，因浴室無浴江，還有一張沖涼櫈方便有需要人士的，而浴室還傳出一陣陣惡醜，其後我与職員理論後，並答允第二天幫我地轉房。 轉房後發現房間大了，有露台，還有按摩浴缸，舒適寫意！ 其後又發生另一宗極為不快之事，就係當我check in時，職員要求我出示VISA card核對，但佢話不是這個户口，但我告知佢我係用這信用咭比錢的，於是佢話抄下我的信用咭，稍後再核對。過了兩天，係半夜時我收到銀行通知酒店又過數，於是我立刻往櫃台与職員理論，經核對後才承認錯誤，並稱會退還錢給我，這事令我十分氣憤！ 對此酒店不滿如下: 1. 我預訂露台房早已付全費，不應説房滿就给予我一間較細，没有露台及浴間嘅房間，我想問兩種房間是否價錢一樣，不一樣的話，酒店是否還給我差價呢？ 2. 明明是該職員説抄下我信用咭核對，但點解會無端端過數而不知會我，我並無簽下任何授權文件比佢及我早已告知我已全數付比Hotel.com,並巳出示單据给職員看，酒店決不應有此做法！

Hotel was basically good - clean Downside — month of April still considered winter and there is no air conditioning — had to sleep with windows open at night — there was noise from highway late into the night Too hot in Madrid in April to be without air conditioning Otherwise staff was helpful

Clean room

Muito bom, ótimos funcionários, ótimo café da manhã porém quando ficamos não conseguimos ter acesso a cozinha

Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique Le seul bémol c’est qui manque quelques équipements comme par exemple un fer à repasser et des bouteilles d’eau

Sempre que vou a Madrid gosto de me hospedar neste hotel, tudo impecável.

Very spacious rooms, clean, bidet, bathtub, shower, plenty of towels. Overall this is a very good hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet with good choice, hot food (typical), selection of cheeses and cold cuts, etc. Close to the train station. I was not disappointed!

Hotel en buen estado. Habitación amplia. El sofacama y todas las almohadas no eran nada cómodas. Si vas en coche el parking es gratuito.

Nice, clean and functional

Generally l can recommend this hotel. kitchen staff was very helpful and friendly for breakfast. It was clean and big enough room. Location is little far away from downtown but it was not big issue because there is train station next to hotel and uber come very quick. Only negative thing is bed in the room. We requested double size bed they gave us double size bed but it was 2 single bed instead of 1 double size so it was not comfortable to sleep. The beds has nothing that keeps them together so if you sleeping with your spouse or significant other l suggest to keep the beds separated because one of you guys will fall in the middle of them beds.

El baño está mal realizado y se inunda. Defecto de albañiles. Peligroso para un discapacitado

Little boomer that hotel does not have a restaurant open for dinner or lunch.

Magnifique Hotel, tres bon accueil, chambre spacieuse

Excelente eleccion si quieres dormir en las afueras de Madrid Nulas opciones de oferta a su alrededor, pero gran hotel

Two things: 1 the EV charging station doesn't work for global customers 2. The spoons and cups werent clean in the room. Otherwise excellent hotel. Ill stay there again

Engañan cuando dicen la distancia de los centros turísticos ,ofrecen aire acondicionado y no funciona, todo muy mal con ese hotel y la atención pésima
