The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly but some of them had poor English and they couldn’t understand a simple dental kit. Usually the hotel doesn’t provide dental kit in every room but it is available on request. We didn’t get it after making 4 requests with a wait period of 1 hour and finally gave up, went to super market nearby and purchased a new one. Rest al was fine. Breakfast buffet was good. Tried other Eurostar properties also in Spain and pretty happy with them. Cheers

Nice and central hotel from which one can easily get to both the city centre and the beach. Rooms are nice and clean, although beds are a bit hard and springy. Pool only open from June, which was kind of a disappointed for us visiting in may.

Ein modernes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Allein die Lage ist nicht ganz so zentral, aber mit einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung!

The hotel is “ok”. The location is very good and accessible. For some reason the hotel just stank, it smelled like bathroom. In our room it smelled liked poop and in the hallways. I dont know if they have an issue with the bathrooms but it just smelled bad. The air conditioning was working well ans we notified and they said they couldn’t do anything. It was very hot we were sweating sleeping. Also the room doesn’t have much lighting its a very dark soom. Breakfast was mid.

Quarto em local barulhento. Muito mau ventilado! Tinha um armario de madeira dentro do banheiro, o que nao faz o menor sentido! Muito cheiro de mofo e quando abriamos a janela, subia um cheiro de esgoto do vão central.

Uitgebreid ontbijt, gunstig gelegen tov de wijk Russafa waar veel restaurants te vinden zijn.

Staff was great! Location was great. As for the hotel, only one elevator was working causing long delays if you didn't want to haul your luggage for many floors. The AC in our room never worked so the temperature was 24+c/75+f. Flooring was loose, moved and slid when stepped on so we had to be care when walking around. Breakfast was good and they had nice underground parking both for a fee.

The staff at reception were very helpful. The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast was a disaster - the area was packed and it difficult to find a table, no matter what you were trying to get there was a queue or several people deep waiting, the place was noisy with tables very close together, I guess the staff were flustered because they were very short with requests for anything to the point of being rude. If you stay - don’t have the breakfast - breakfast is supposed to be relaxing - this was the opposite of that.

Checking in/out was fast and easy. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Great menu options for breakfast and dinner. The time window for how long they offered each meal was really good (around 3-4 hours).

Frühstück war wirklich gut.. es hatte eigentlich alles. Wir haben HP gebucht. Abends gabs einen 3Gänger mit jeweils 3-4 Menus. Da ich mit einem Kleinkind reiste, wollte ich abends nicht noch (weit) laufen und Restaurants suchen, deshalb habe ich es mir einfach gemacht und im Hotel gegessen. Das Essen eher mittelmässig. Pasta zB total verkocht.. Dessert nicht frisch (zB gekaufte Kuchen). HP würde ich das nächste Mal nicht mehr buchen. Zimmer sind schon eher klein. TV Sender nur spanische und hauptsächlich Nachrichten. Zum schnell schauen eher unpraktisch für Kinder;) sonst war es sauber. Wurde täglich gereinigt. Zimmer okey.. Bodenplatten defekt:-D Personal normal.. können teils Englisch, sonst nur spanisch.

Avoid this hotel. Sewage smell in rooms coming from the air conditioning vents, staff knows and still give these rooms to clients. There’s better options, the location is not that good as many people say. Oh the breakfast is also not as good as people say, picture powder eggs and bad coffee machines.

We only booked this hotel for the pool, but the pool wasn’t even available. It was closed until the summer months. There was nothing on Hotels.Com that said it would be closed. We would have stayed at a different hotel with a pool that was open!

The rooms are dated as well as the public areas. It needs some updates. The bathroom smelled and was the first thing you noticed entering the room. The A/C was working on and off. The staff was nice and the location is great.

Its was an amazing breakfast

Can’t comment on the breakfast because we didn’t ordered anything. The staff were readily available whenever they were needed and were very helpful. The cleanliness could be improved on.

Perfect location to visit the City on foot
