ランドリーは有るのですが、両替をフロントで、お願いしたら、現在はやっていないと言われた。
エアコンについてはルームメイトによって違う。
今回は暑がりの人みたいなのでガンガンで寒かった。
自分で厚着するなり対応が必要。
コーヒー、紅茶等、1階のコモンエリアで、無料で頂ける。

The female shared room was clean, bright and cozy. Each bed had its own socket, which was really good for me.
The location was also awesome! It was situated about in the middle of the famous tourist sites, so you may arrive a lot of them simply by walk. It was 10 mins to Puerta de Sol and Plaza Mayor, and about 15 mins to Prado Museum.

Nice location. Clean kitchen and rooms. But the sensor of bathroom's light couldn't induct me. It was very annoying when I was showering. I had to wave at the sensor again and again.

On nous a donné une chambre avec salle privée pour les gens en situation d'handicap, les toilettes n'etaient mas confortables, la douche non plus... et c'était avec beacoup de bruit parce que c'est sur la terasse et l'espace commun. Je n'ai pas pu dormir toute la nuit. En plus, le matin l'aspirateur n'a pas arrêté à côté de la chambre...

Los dormitorios carecen de privacidad, no cuentan con cortinas, ni persianas, es complicado subir a la cama de arriba porque no hay barandal, los sanitarios estaban decentemente limpios. El chico de lentes de la recepción no atiende las necesidades que le pides.

I only stayed 1 night but it was very nice and clean. I made a friend immediately and we went out dancing. It was easy to walk to all the fun spots and the staff were very accommodating and helped me reserve a taxi to the airport. Would stay again.

Very good location and easy to find. Front desk staff is courteous, and is available 24 hours, making check in very easy. The double room was small, as expected, but everything was functional. It's an older building, but did the job. I personally found the bed and pillows much firmer that desired, but softer is a personal preference.
