Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff all over the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful

I think it’s important to clarify expectations, especially given the five-star classification. A true five-star hotel is defined by high-end construction quality (materials, doors, bathrooms), excellent soundproofing and privacy, premium linens and towels, and a level of personalised service and refinement throughout. Four-star hotels still maintain good build quality, proper insulation, and a polished, professional standard across rooms and service. Three-star hotels, by contrast, are more functional: simpler materials, less sound insulation, basic linens, and a more casual, often buffet-focused setup. Based on this, this hotel aligns much more closely with a solid three-star property. The construction quality and finishes are fairly basic, soundproofing is limited (you can hear other guests), and the linens and overall room feel are not at a luxury or even upper-upscale level. The large buffet format and general atmosphere also reflect a more casual, mid-range positioning. That said, within that category, it’s a good hotel: well-maintained, relaxed, and with plenty of food choice. My only real concern is the five-star label, which feels misleading. If you come expecting a comfortable three-star experience, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. If you expect true five-star standards, you may be disappointed

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Das Personal war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Halbpension hatte eine super Qualität. Das Essen war vorzüglich. Der Strand direkt am Hotel war sehr schön, weisser Sand. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hotels war ein Naturschutzgebiet, wo man schön wandern konnte. Die Gegend um Alcudia ist sehr schön. Leider war es im März schon sehr voll, besonders die Massen an Rennradfahrer waren sehr störend. Entspanntes Autofahren war leider nicht möglich deshalb.

Great property to say in terms of facility, food, room, and staff. The water in summer month when we were there was full of sea weed, but if you go past the sea weed the water was clear and clean.

Gepflegte Anlage, freundliches Personal, sehr gute Küche, direkter Strandzugang. Der öffentliche Playa de Muro Strand hat auch dieses Jahr wieder an Breite verloren. Die Mietpreise für Strandliegen und -schirme wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr um 40% erhöht von 5 auf 7 Euro pro Liege/Schirm pro Tag.

I loved my spacious well appointed room. I wish there were more food options. If I wanted a large breakfast or dinner the food was great but non existent for a small meal. There is a nice option for lunch. There are other places within walking distance. If I went back to the area I would definitely stay in this hotel, They couldn't have been more helpful! The room was wonderful!

Estadia de 5 dias no Hotel Minha esposa e eu passamos 5 dias no hotel. A experiência foi razoável, mas marcada pela falta de flexibilidade da recepção. Logo no início, solicitamos a troca de quarto devido ao barulho vindo do andar superior, causado pelos carrinhos das camareiras a partir das 8h, o que prejudicava nosso descanso. Mesmo estando dispostos a pagar por um upgrade, o pedido foi negado, sob a alegação de ter sido feito “tarde demais”. No dia da saída, pedimos late check-out até às 14h (horário normal é às 12h), mas novamente foi negado, alegando lotação máxima — algo contraditório, já que o site mostrava disponibilidade para a mesma data. O staff em geral foi simpático e prestativo, mas a postura da recepção não correspondeu ao padrão esperado, deixando a sensação de que o bem-estar dos hóspedes não foi tratado como prioridade.

The food was absolutely out of this Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. Dining here felt like a culinary journey. The spa area was immaculate and serene, providing the perfect escape. The massages were top-notch-professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating. It's clear that great care is taken to maintain a peaceful and clean environment. Evenings were a treat thanks to the entertaining shows hosted at the hotel. They added a lively and enjoyable touch to the overall experience. Grupotel Parc Natural is a gem-ideal for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Beautiful, splendid place

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O pessoal do hotel é super gentil e prestativo. Fazem tudo para acomodar sua estadia da melhor maneira possivel. Embora algumas areas communs do hotel estejam precisando uma renovação o pessoal e o atendimento compensa totalmente pois fazem nos sentir tão bem vindos.

All staff are very friendly but hotel is a bit tired and would benefit of being updated in certain areas

Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach location is great. Limited dining options on site but buffet had tremendous choice.

Overall a decent place to visit. The room is OK, but the hotel itself is a bit more outdated. Same is visible in the restaurant. Outside dinner is good, but not that much space. And mostly older German people seem to visit this hotel.
