I loved my spacious well appointed room. I wish there were more food options. If I wanted a large breakfast or dinner the food was great but non existent for a small meal. There is a nice option for lunch. There are other places within walking distance. If I went back to the area I would definitely stay in this hotel, They couldn't have been more helpful! The room was wonderful!

Estadia de 5 dias no Hotel Minha esposa e eu passamos 5 dias no hotel. A experiência foi razoável, mas marcada pela falta de flexibilidade da recepção. Logo no início, solicitamos a troca de quarto devido ao barulho vindo do andar superior, causado pelos carrinhos das camareiras a partir das 8h, o que prejudicava nosso descanso. Mesmo estando dispostos a pagar por um upgrade, o pedido foi negado, sob a alegação de ter sido feito “tarde demais”. No dia da saída, pedimos late check-out até às 14h (horário normal é às 12h), mas novamente foi negado, alegando lotação máxima — algo contraditório, já que o site mostrava disponibilidade para a mesma data. O staff em geral foi simpático e prestativo, mas a postura da recepção não correspondeu ao padrão esperado, deixando a sensação de que o bem-estar dos hóspedes não foi tratado como prioridade.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O pessoal do hotel é super gentil e prestativo. Fazem tudo para acomodar sua estadia da melhor maneira possivel. Embora algumas areas communs do hotel estejam precisando uma renovação o pessoal e o atendimento compensa totalmente pois fazem nos sentir tão bem vindos.

Overall a decent place to visit. The room is OK, but the hotel itself is a bit more outdated. Same is visible in the restaurant. Outside dinner is good, but not that much space. And mostly older German people seem to visit this hotel.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was quiet. But most of all, the evening buffet was absolutely excellent. One of the best places for food we’ve ever stayed. Would highly recommend it.

Was curious why this property had such incredible reviews- it looked nice in the photos albeit perhaps a little dated in decor in places. But having been here for a few days it’s really clear why: the staff. I’ve travelled a lot around Asia and other places with high reputations for staff in hospitality but these guys are superb here: very genuine, attentive, thoughtful. The food is also really superb. Was worried the buffet would be a bit generic and poor quality but not only is the food excellent but there has been a real effort to blend in local cuisine from Mallorca wherever possible. Congrats to the team here- true professionals doing.a fantastic job. 👍👍🙏

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O pessoal do hotel é super gentil e prestativo. Fazem tudo para acomodar sua estadia da melhor maneira possivel. Embora algumas areas communs do hotel estejam precisando uma renovação o pessoal e o atendimento compensa totalmente pois fazem nos sentir tão bem vindos.

Overall a decent place to visit. The room is OK, but the hotel itself is a bit more outdated. Same is visible in the restaurant. Outside dinner is good, but not that much space. And mostly older German people seem to visit this hotel.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was quiet. But most of all, the evening buffet was absolutely excellent. One of the best places for food we’ve ever stayed. Would highly recommend it.

Was curious why this property had such incredible reviews- it looked nice in the photos albeit perhaps a little dated in decor in places. But having been here for a few days it’s really clear why: the staff. I’ve travelled a lot around Asia and other places with high reputations for staff in hospitality but these guys are superb here: very genuine, attentive, thoughtful. The food is also really superb. Was worried the buffet would be a bit generic and poor quality but not only is the food excellent but there has been a real effort to blend in local cuisine from Mallorca wherever possible. Congrats to the team here- true professionals doing.a fantastic job. 👍👍🙏
