Everything is good except the shower water pressure is low. Maybe because our room is located almost top floor

Well located near the Cathedral with roof top overlooking Cathedral. Completely renovated of old building . I did find small ants in the bathroom.

The hotel staff provided excellent support. I had been staying in Paris before Barcelona. The Paris hotel was uncomfortable, so I was feeling quite tired. To continue my trip feeling refreshed, I absolutely needed a good night's sleep. I made several requests at H10. The H10 staff did their very best to accommodate my requests. I checked in late at night, but they gave me a warm welcome, and the room was clean and functional, making my stay very comfortable. The bathroom mirror was bright, which made it easy to do my makeup. On the night I arrived, I had a light meal on the rooftop. It was very delicious. The sangria was the best I've ever had. I want to come back again.thank you!

Excelente experiencia en H10 Madison. Ubicación perfecta cerca de la Catedral y principales atracciones. Personal muy amable, habitación cómoda y muy limpia, y una hermosa terraza con vistas increíbles. ¡Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%!

There are many H10 hotels located in Barcelona. H10 Cubik looks more upscale and contemporary but on a busy street, so we chose H10 Madison about 2.5 blocks away. It’s a great location and quieter. We booked 5 rooms. Don’t expect them to accommodate you if you arrive even just a bit before their 3pm check-in. My sister was about to give up and switch hotels when they suddenly had a room available for her. My jet lag was awful due to weather delays, etc but they would not accommodate me with an early check-in, no matter how much I begged for even an hour or two earlier than 3pm. Regarding the rooms: they are spacious as are the bathrooms. Furnishings are average. There are plenty of outlets, hairdryer and large shower. Unfortunately, our shower drain did not function so water overflowed into the bathroom. I attempted to clean out the drain on my first night - which is gross to clean other people’s gunk. But the drain was clear yet it didn’t work because the shower flooded the vanity area even worse the next day. I spread both of the bath towels, robes, and hand towels on the flooded floor & notified the hotel. They fixed the drain but hung up the filthy robes and towels. Gross. The housekeeper left the dirty robes, towels, & also dirty dishes that were on the floor and on the small table. I appreciate that the hotel sent a bottle of champagne with an apology but there were too many negatives to ever return including the rotten egg smell in my nephew’s room and in-law’s shower.

The H10 Madison is well located in the Gothic Quarter, just down the street from the Cathedral of Barcelona. The staff was very friendly, helpful & courteous. Our room had windows that looked out toward the cathedral, and it was quite roomy with a wonderful modern bathroom. The rooftop restaurant and lap pool was a special place to view the city from and enjoy a good drink. As we were there the first week of November, it was quite chilly at night. The hotel indoor restaurant was available in the morning for a large buffet breakfast. There was a wonderful Italian restaurant just 2 doors down. I would recommend this hotel!
