Everything is good except the shower water pressure is low. Maybe because our room is located almost top floor

Well located near the Cathedral with roof top overlooking Cathedral. Completely renovated of old building . I did find small ants in the bathroom.

Perfect location! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shops & museums. The staff is what really made me fall in love with this hotel. They are super kind, attentive & are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a memorable stay! I will definitely be returning soon!

The hotel was spectacular, the staff cold not have been any more pleasant and helpful. The property is beautifully decorated with artwork and is kept pristine. The rooms are very well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. The location is near major points of interest. I highly recommend Hotel H10 Madison.

Fabulous hotel! Such a great service from Front Desk, helped with tickets and business center! Loved the rooftop!! The views were amazing with heated areas to stay warm! Great breakfast !! Service with a smile! Great eggs Benedict !

Breakfast was everything you require to set you up for the day. You name it and it was there. Cooked omelettes, along with any other egg dishes were expertly prepared and cooked. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room on the 6th floor was spotless and prepared with care. Everything was in its place and restocked daily. It was a pleasure to stay and be treated with dignity. Cannot praise high enough.

Amazing location and fantastic staff - very welcoming. Property was well taken care of and reasonably modern. Rooftop patio and the view from it are fantastic. The property doesn't have a gym unfortunately but everything else is taken care of. We had a lovely stay.

Family of 3 from Vancouver, Canada, booked junior suite. Very spacious, comfortable, good coffee in room, great shower etc, good shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer,safe, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast ( pay extra) worth it as buffet and made to order options, great coffee, juice, staff all speak excellent English, gave us map where to go for sights, rooftop bar excellent food and drinks, ham croquettes, nice heated roof top pool. Great location near market and Las Ramblas and Arc d Triomf, great shopping too, safe beautiful city, would stay again!!

Wonderful location! Steps to restaurants and public transit. Easy to walk around and explore the charming gothic quarter. The staff was so nice. The rooms were quiet and comfortable!
