A perfect base for exploring Bilbao with the Guggenheim, city centre and old town all within 10 minutes walk. Really comfortable hotel, contemporary design and very friendly staff. Parking is a bit tight but easy to find. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here briefly, just for a night, before our flight. The hotel was very centrally located, minutes from the Guggenheim, so perfect for a quick stop in Bilbao. The staff was super helpful with recommendations and very polished. My only gripe was that the AC didn’t work well, but the windows do open so we were comfortable.

I stayed on the1st Floor, which was open to loud outside late night noise that kept me awake having previously paid for rooms on higher floors.
The toiletries in the shower area were not working properly and the switch between shower and bath was tight.

We had bad WIFI in our room the first night. Way better after changing to another room plus with a nice view to the river. Location was perfect. Spectacular breakfast. We loved our stay.
