總體不錯，就是離地鐵站有點距離 最喜歡酒店貼心地設置兩層玻璃的窗戶，主檔窗外聲音，不過 酒店內牆比較薄，其它房間的嘈雜聲會有點大

Very clean and attentive staff! We arrived early so they immediately took our luggage and we were able to stroll around the city for a few hours before checking in. The check in process was smooth and the location was central to many stores and amazing restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

No on site restaurant for dinning. It it third party owned and they do not operate daily. The room service is third party as well as they order it outside. However, it is close the restaurants and bars. The breakfast dining was excellent with many options to choose from. The rooms were very spacious especially the family room. No on site laundry service at all. The website should be more specific on what is actually offered versus what you get when you arrive.

Dropping off bags early, I was asked for all passport & credit card details for security. For unknown reason, had to do it all again when room was ready couple of hours later at scheduled check in time. After doing hotel pre-check in several days before my trip, had to do it all again on arrival as well. At check in I was also queried about age of my son. I stated clearly that he was 16, showed the booking and they also had his passport details. The woman on reception proceeded to tell me he is classed as an adult - their hotel (and many other she told me) class anyone over 13 as an adult. I informed her that when booking through Expedia, the child age was up to 17. Felt quite uncomfortable & nervous that they were going to force me to pay extra, or even not honour the booking. When I got to my room, there was no extra bed added for my son. When I went back to reception to query this, it was a manager who dealt with me and told me that the bed WAS scheduled to get delivered to the room - I would have thought it should have been done in time for the 3pm check in though. The first member of staff then proceeded to talk loudly to me over other customers that she was serving, to say she had already explained there was no bed because my son was classed as a child on the booking. A bed was finally delivered about half an hour later. All other staff during our stay were very good, but those on reception made it a very nervous and uncomfortable. Expedia & hotel need to clarify ages!

Property was very central but a bit oudated and could be cleaner in certain areas.

We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were friendly; the location was excellent, right in the heart of a vibrant area. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was also very good.

A nicely located hotel, but pricy and as some noise from the streets around. The reseption area is nice, and the rooms are ok. Shower and toilet without a proper door, but beds are good to sleep in. Breakfast was so pricy we skipped it.

Great bed, shower & size was good.. fantastic breakfast.. all staff were very helpful. bit of a corporate hotel & could do with new carpets or a good clean .. away from the old town but we thought it a good thing.

It was very noisy at night because there is a night club across the street. Noise until 5am.

From check in to check out this was a great experience for us. Excellent level of service from all staff we encountered. Always a warm welcome from reception staff and helpful any time we had queries and requests. Room was kept spotlessly clean. Older hotel so room was larger than standard Barcelona hotel rooms. Room had been refurbished though so all mod cons. Nicely decorated. Large bathroom area with separate vanity area, shower and toilet. Fridge with water replaced every day. Lor coffee machine with decaf and regular pods replaced daily. Selection of teas. Huge choice of dining nearby. Everything from bakeries/cafes to speciality restaurants. Plenty lovely local bars around too. So much to choose from within 10 minutes walk. Walkable to Plaça Catalunya, Plaça Espana or Parc Guell within 20 minutes. Many local parks, attractions and shops close by. 3 Metro stations within 10 minutes walk too. I should mention that our room was on Diagonal side so there was traffic noise. Slightly mitigated by secondary glazing but you still heard traffic 24/7. Not a deal breaker for us as the benefits of area and hotel outweighed the possible noise issues. We'd definitely stay again!
