very bad. Book this hostel from Hotel.com, be especially careful. October 28, 2015, we booked accommodation from Hotel.com. Orders included dinner that night and breakfast the next day. We arrived at the hotel. Hotel staff told us the order only accommodation, meals not included. Asked him to check with Hotel.com. They have confirmed reservation system is wrong, but we still insist on not offer breakfast and dinner. Originally been planned good trip all been disrupted. Travel to the area, the whole body fatigue. After dinner had wanted to rest, but had to go out to buy their own dinner. The worst is that three months have passed. Contacts with Hotel.com very many times. Each of the respondents are again confirm the problem, and promised a refund. But now we have absolutely no refund. Please note guests. If your journey, the original hotel reservation, to the site is not so one thing, surely it will feel quite troubled. 非常不好。 從Hotel.com預定這家旅館，要特別小心。 2015年10月28日，我們從Hotel.com預定住宿。訂單包含了當晚晚餐及隔天早餐。我們到達飯店。飯店人員告知我們訂單只有住宿，沒有包含餐食。請他與Hotel.com確認。他們已經確認是訂房系統的錯誤，卻還是堅持不提供我們早晚餐。 原先已經計畫好的行程全被打亂。旅遊到了當地，整身疲憊。原本想享用晚餐後休息，卻只好自行外出買晚餐。 最糟糕的是，已經過去了三個月。我們與Hotel.com聯繫非常多次。每次的回覆都是要再確認問題，以及承諾退費。到現在卻完全沒有退費。 請各位旅客注意。如果你們的旅程中，原先飯店的預訂，到現場卻不是那麼一回事，想必大家也會覺得相當困擾。

Bassengområdet var dessverre stengt

The hotel is good, clean with an immaculate bar and restaurant area. The issue at the moment is the complete reconstruction of the pool area. Noisy works all day. I'm also disappointed that the car park charges will only be discounted if you have booked through hip hotels site, which seems petty. The charge is also extortionate at 19 Euro per night.

Parking was a little bit of an issue but it was dealt with perfectly with the front desk (blonde hair woman). Parking is 19€/24hr as mentioned by the staff upon check in and after verifying my reservation with Expedia everything was fine then we did had to go out for about 3 hours and realized the parking counter is not stopping whatsoever at 2,50€ ? An hour!!! We stayed 3 nights went out to the 8th March for about 3 hours paid 34€ then return got out again the next morning got charged another 19€! We addressed this upon our return to the front desk and thanks to the wonderful woman (blonde hair sorry did not get her name) beacause the other guy was not willing to help us! Great staff except that guy at front desk! We enjoy our stay love the paperless going , clean the room or do not disturb app on the door very innovating!

Mobiliario habitación excelente y desayuno de muy buena calidad.

As of March 2026, a part of the property has some construction work and the during working hours have some noise and a little bit dusty. Also there was some communication problems between their staff. I’ve booked a room for 2 people by Expedia, but 3 times I have been mentioned that you need to pay for an extra guest. I felt that intimidated by the miss communication. Additionally, I’ve contacted the hotel some questions before arriving the hotel , but never reply to me. Otherwise the hotel has a private balcony and a room has spacious, and buffet breakfast was reasonable price.

It's a very smart, spacious, shiny place with highly attentive and welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was decent. It's a bit of a way out of town. Local transport and taxis are scarce so brace yourself for a fair bit of walking if you didn't drive there. The hotel reception does seem to have taxis on standby though and they're not expensive.

Laadukas ja erittäin siisti hotelli. Hyvät palvelut ja sijainti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista. Aamiainen oli erinomainen.

Always a great stay here. Room spotless and very comfortable bed. Breakfast selection excellent- I highly recommend staying here.

Tout était parfait sauf la qualité du pain et des jus au petit-déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité-prix et très bien situé. A noter agence de location de voiture sur place.

Very nice hotel

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, um nah am Flughafen für den Abflug am nächsten Tag zu sein. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig: Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Flughafen, in die Altstadt kommt man in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Hotelkette kennen wir, also die erwartete gute Qualität. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz so neu, das hat der Qualität und dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch getan.

Ganz tolles Hotel mit schöner Gartenanlage. Das Frühstück war klasse. Parken konnten wir für 9 Euro. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.
