Parking was a little bit of an issue but it was dealt with perfectly with the front desk (blonde hair woman). Parking is 19€/24hr as mentioned by the staff upon check in and after verifying my reservation with Expedia everything was fine then we did had to go out for about 3 hours and realized the parking counter is not stopping whatsoever at 2,50€ ? An hour!!! We stayed 3 nights went out to the 8th March for about 3 hours paid 34€ then return got out again the next morning got charged another 19€! We addressed this upon our return to the front desk and thanks to the wonderful woman (blonde hair sorry did not get her name) beacause the other guy was not willing to help us! Great staff except that guy at front desk! We enjoy our stay love the paperless going , clean the room or do not disturb app on the door very innovating!

It's a very smart, spacious, shiny place with highly attentive and welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was decent. It's a bit of a way out of town. Local transport and taxis are scarce so brace yourself for a fair bit of walking if you didn't drive there. The hotel reception does seem to have taxis on standby though and they're not expensive.

As of March 2026, a part of the property has some construction work and the during working hours have some noise and a little bit dusty. Also there was some communication problems between their staff. I’ve booked a room for 2 people by Expedia, but 3 times I have been mentioned that you need to pay for an extra guest. I felt that intimidated by the miss communication. Additionally, I’ve contacted the hotel some questions before arriving the hotel , but never reply to me. Otherwise the hotel has a private balcony and a room has spacious, and buffet breakfast was reasonable price.

The hotel is superb but there are two things which were dissapointing, the Sherry shop in the hotel was closed even though it had an opening timetable and the other which is the one really dissapointing iz that the Hotel parking facilities are used also as a public parking and that being a guest in the hotel i get charged 50% of the parking which for 30 min that i had my new car i just picked up, it cost me 1.25 eur, what in my viiew it lower the hotel standard to very dissapointing, considering the amount of money i spent there. As a Google guide, I consider two issues shouldcbeclokked at , one that for a 4 star hotel, the parking should be exclusive only for guests and it should be complimentary. As being a public parking the last thing ne wants is to arrive from a long trip and not be abore to park in the hotel because the public may have occupied the limited spaces available as with restaurants, pubs and other hotels nearby without parking ,it may be used for someone who is not a guest, just to go to a nearby restaurant, impeeding the actual guest, who is paying a substantial amount for his stay, to be able to start his stance, with a true welcoming feeling. I believe the parking charge issie it lowers their rating to 3 stars when the rest it is really a beatiful experience, especially, in a town so remarkable and touristic as Jerez de la Frontera. Just for a few extra euros, i found it really a lack of class and business vision.

Fantastic 4* hotel with were very helpful staff (especially at the front desk). The room was big and very clean with a decent balcony. The only room issues were: the lack of a coffee machine, which is sort of required in any decent hotel these days (having the balcony with a relaxing view of the lovely garden and no way to sit with a coffee in the morning or evenings and enjoy it was a pain); also having 2 single beds put together, no matter how big they are, is not ideal. The Vermuteria restaurant was a lovely place to relax and had good food and drink but there are lots of great eateries and bars near and far in Jerez so maybe that's why it was a bit quiet. The pool is very good, never too busy, decent size with love garden area and a very good bar for snacks and lunch. There were, however, a few little niggles with the pool area: a few guests just seemed to put their towels on the recliners by the pool first thing in the morning and disappear; there were also no smoking, no glass bottles/glasses and no diving rules which nobody seemed to pay any attention to. It's not a long walk to the old town but there are also plenty of very nice local bars/restaurants in the barrios around the hotel well worth exploring. Overall, top hotel with (very nearly) everything you might need and we would very happily go back.

Fabulous hotel and staff. Loved the size of the pool area, you really felt like you were on holiday rather than in a city hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, lovely Vermuteria for drinks whilst waiting for the kids to get ready. 10 minute walk into Jerez centre, teeming with drink and dining options. Head to Plaza Plateros and start your tapas journey through the town!

Lovely hotel, a short walk from city centre. Great facilities. Only disappointment was cost of parking - if you park overnight you pay the 24hr fee, but your 24 hours ends when you take your car out. Very disappointing to be charged for every session of parking, rather than a fixed fee for the stay.
