你好客房平价旅馆

房間真的很小但該有的都有，每天都會打掃，還每天補充膠囊咖啡(房間內)。櫃台很親切，有什麼問題都會幫忙，地點走路去市區內各景點都不遠，離地鐵站也很近。唯一的缺點是浴室門是透明的~~這點實在有點尷尬。除此之外以這樣的價錢C/P值很高，非常推薦!!

a small hotel managed by garbiel, a very nice, friendly host. Everything is perfect, the room is new n clean, safe, supermarket downstairs. Good location, metro station nearby, all attraction takes 10-30 mins walk. I hv stayed here for 7days, really enjoy my stay :)) would definitely come bk holarooms for next madrid trip

pros: clean and nice room albeit small, very comfortable bed, lovely staff who let us check in an hour early, good central location for getting around the city cons: noise was biggest issue - there is zero noise cancelling between rooms and other areas at all; we had a group of extremely loud and talkative people next to us on the first night and they did not quieten down until 1am. this is obviously not the fault of the hotel moreso the construction of the building, but it did take away from our experience.

What a lovely small hotel in the centre of Madrid. The room has everything you need for a short stay, including daily service and fresh towels every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. Half a minute walk to the metro, 5 minutes walk to Sol and literally surrounded by hundreds of bars, cafes, restaurants, dancing clubs and local shops. I am looking forward to returning again soon! Gracias

Staff was wonderful! It’s located in the Latin district which has great marketplaces and restaurants. Fun part of Madrid.

Overall good. It was confusing to enter the building. You need a key and no one was answering the buzzer. We had to call them directly and then they buzzed us up - no instructions around it before hand. Room was small, but clean with a private bathroom so it worked out well for us. Good staff and great location.

Todo perfecto y excelente servicio, en caso de vayan con coche el aparcamiento más cercano es a 9 minutos caminando.

Conveniently located, friendly staff but unfortunately that’s it. Even though it offers individual rooms, in terms of quality of the amenities and (lack of) soundproofing it’s definitely a hostel and not a hotel.

The AC didn’t work the first night so we slept in the heat. The owner made it up to us though. The room was clean and had a bathroom. The hotel is really close to a metro line and within walking distance to Puerta del Sol.

We had a lovely stay in a cozy little room that was clean, comfortable, and equipped with AC. The bathroom was spotless, and everything felt well taken care of. Hola Rooms reached out to us before our arrival to confirm our check-in time, which was a nice touch and made everything smooth. The night was quiet and peaceful, and we really appreciated being allowed to stay a bit after check-out. Great hospitality—would definitely recommend!

It was a cozy room, great location, & very friendly & helpful staff. The AC was great. My husband & I enjoyed our stay.

Excellent!

Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Room had a few minor maintenance issues (this was only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars). Property is very clean and cared for. Would stay there again!

Acomodação honesta, de acordo com o anúncio. O quarto e o banheiro estavam limpos e cheirosos. Meu único ponto negativo foi que mesmo com aviso da gerência em diversos locais, havia pessoas fumando e o cheiro incomodou. Fora isso, tudo ok!

Bra och prisvärt boende. Vi bodde en natt med en bebis. Lite trångt med all vår packning och bebissäng men det gick!
