Reception staff welcoming and also fantastic at check out. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, would benefit from having a washing up sponge and washing up liquid to wash coffee cups, just an idea :-) Every area clean. Loved the waterfall feature in the central lobbies. Food was lovely, everyone is so hard working, well done to all. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Really enjoyed

I am really dissapoint

Hotel was dirty, most of the activities were closed as were most of the bars and restaurants. The food was quite bad and drinks terrible. The staff were helpful but we left the hotel after one night and stayed somewhere else. Would never stay here again.

Everything was really good — clean rooms, a beautiful hotel environment, and delicious food.

Very clean hotel, staff went the extra mile, we had a couple of rainy days and the entertainment team made sure the guests were still entertained. Good selection for eating, very fresh and varied each day. Only negative if it even is one, there’s only one table tennis table and you have to go to reception to get bats and ball with an hour slot, tried on a few occasions but was always just missing out! Would make sense with how popular it is with family’s just to install another couple maybe inside? Over very pleased and will be returning.

Likte ikke hotellet stort sett. Rommene var ikke så romslige til å være en suite. Luftkondisjonering og ventilasjon var dårlig. En gammeldags hotell som trenger renovering så fort som mulig. Vi betalte 300 Euro per natt og syntes ikke det var verdt pengene. Finnes mange gode billige alternativer der ute.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in deze accommodatie! Alles was perfect verzorgd: het verblijf was schoon, comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht. De omgeving was rustig genoeg om echt te ontspannen. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en deed er alles aan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Ook alle maaltijden waren heerlijk en vers. Alleen het ontbijt dat we kregen op de dag dat we vroeg moesten vertrekken vanwege het uitchecken, was helaas wat minder.

The restaurant staff, especially Alberto, were very good. They used to make veggie food twice a day for us. The only problem was that there was a very limited choice. T The restaurant opening times are late. You are not allowed free drinks in the sister hotels even though you have gone all inclusive. The reception staff were also very helpful. Evening entertainment also starts very late at 10pm. Due to this, the audiences were limited.

The staff were superb from reception to, the cleaning staff, to the activity team at pool side. Cannot fault them, fantastic all round. Hotel itself seemed I little run down. Quite a lot of things in disrepair or damaged. For example, the mini golf course is in desperate need of repair. There were cracked windows and boarded up windows. The kids play area outside the kids club was in bad repair. The biggest surprise for us was the amount of extra charges despite us being all inclusive. Most ice creams, drinks, snacks, towel hire, bowling and even two of the restaurants were not included in the "all" inclusive (staying at the Polynesian hotel). Not sure you can call it all inclusive if it's not all included. Overall we did however have a fantastic stay and a really relaxing holiday. Again the staff were superb and really engaged with us and our son. You should be proud of the staff you have there.

Nous étions dans un petit hôtel où l’entrée était accessible qu’avec un bac, ce qui donnait énormément de sécurité très bel hôtel en qualité. La restauration est moyenne ni très bonne ni pas bonne un côté pour les enfants très actif et un côté pour les adultes, très calme autour d’une piscine.

Si vous cherchez un endroit où partir en famille pour oublier vos contraintes du quotidien alors vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Il faut savoir qu’ « Holiday World Resort » est un groupement de plusieurs hôtels qui sont indépendants les uns des autres. Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu notion de cela étant donné que les horaires d’accès aux restaurants ne sont pas les mêmes en fonction des hôtels (des 18h30 chez certains, d’autres pas avant 19h ce qui est important pour les tout petits). Quand vous réservez sur Expedia vous ne pouvez pas choisir l’hôtel et la répartition se fait à votre arrivée. Les horaires des restaurants, shops, structures peuvent varier. Vous avez accès uniquement à l’ensemble des piscines, shop et salle de sport des différents hôtels. (Les salles de sports sont minimalistes.) Pour la restauration qui est vraiment très convenable avec des thématiques de plats différentes chaque jour, vous ne pouvez avoir accès qu’à ceux de votre hôtel (sinon vous devrez payer un supplément pour aller dans les autres structures). Cependant les structures sont toutes spacieuses, accueillantes et propres ! L’ensemble du personnel est adorable et serviable ! Les animateurs sont très enthousiastes et plein d’énergie pour le plus grand bonheur des petits et des grands ! Il existe des navettes gratuites disponibles toutes les 10min sur certains horaires qui passent devant les différents hôtels et permettent d’accéder au parc acquatiques qui est face a HWR.

We enjoyed the look and feel of the polynesia hotel, it was clean, comfortable and well staffed. The shuttle bus allowed us to get to other hotels in the resort (Village and Riwo) as well as the water park). We made use of the hotel pool most and also visited the local beaches which were only 5-10 min taxi drive away which was also a good change in scenery. The activities and entertainment on offer at the hotela were great for children and adults alike as was the variety of the inclusive buffet food on offer. We only stayed 5 days but wished we had stayed longer.

Paradise for family vacation! Fun, great food, great service!
