迷你俱乐部的员工对我们的女儿和患有自闭症且不会说话的儿子都非常棒。他们和孩子们一起做了很多事情，积极互动，而不是放任不管。酒店一直都很干净，马路对面的海滩俱乐部非常适合孩子们，而且比酒店的主泳池安静得多。我8岁的女儿很喜欢每天晚上的娱乐活动。食物可以更好一些，但考虑到是全包式服务，所以食物不出惊艳也是意料之中的。酒店门口有巴士前往贝纳尔马德纳。

这次入住是全包式服务，也是我们第二次来这里。酒店比我们两年前上次来的时候有了很大的改进，而且员工在整个入住期间都非常友好。餐饮方面还不错，包括鸡尾酒、啤酒、葡萄酒、软饮等等。自助餐厅会举办各种主题之夜，菜品种类丰富，总能找到适合每个人的口味。 马路对面的海滩俱乐部很不错，而且门票包含在房费里。温馨提示：那里的小吃吧比酒店里的午餐更好吃。泳池毛巾也包含在房费里，可以在水疗中心更换，费用为1欧元。 娱乐团队非常热情，孩子们很喜欢儿童俱乐部和晚间娱乐活动。 房间最近翻新过，干净宽敞，配有小厨房，包括水壶、冰箱和咖啡机（需要使用Dolce Gusto咖啡胶囊）。 酒店现在实行杯子交换制度，鼓励客人每次使用后都归还杯子更换。理论上来说这很好，但如果您把杯子忘在房间里，可能会有点麻烦。

My family stayed for a couple of nights. I’m writing this so expectations are clear. The website describes a 4-star tranquil resort, but in reality it’s more of a 3-star lively family resort. Nothing wrong with that, just different from what’s advertised. We got a good direct booking price, so no complaints, but it did feel a bit “too good to be true.” Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would not stay longer than a couple of nights. Staff were very friendly and kindly upgraded us to a nice ocean view room. The room was spacious but dated, with good AC. The resort itself feels quite dark, and the central area with shops and arcade feels like an old indoor mall. The pool is large and attractive with plenty of sunbeds, but it is very noisy throughout the day with loud music, microphones for animation activities, and overlapping music from the bar. Evenings continue with live shows until around 11pm, so there is little escape from the noise. We stayed on full board. Drinks were extra but reasonably priced. The buffet had plenty of choice and suited our daughter well, though the dining room was very loud and felt more like a cafeteria than a relaxed holiday space. There is a €12 per person charge for the beach club, which was fine for a day. A rocky beach and the Gecko beach bar are about 7 minutes’ walk away, and a larger sandy beach is about 12 minutes away. Overall, fine for a short stay at the price, but the noise and dining atmosphere were not for us.
