a very nice hotel not very far from the train station, and also near bus No.32 station, easily to all the scenic spot by walking, the staff are so fiendly and helpful

Apesar de estar no centro o próximo a várias atrações, na porta tem uma parada de ônibus, para quem vem de carro é muito transtorno, para chegar ao primeiro e minúsculo elevador já tem alguns lances de escada, os quartos pequenos com climatização que não funciona adequadamente,quartos barulhentos,não tem opção de café da manhã, que para minha família é fundamental,

Staff was very nice, everything was clean and as expected. Kind of a funky old place, would have enjoyed staying longer. Loved the balcony facing out front, that would be super nice if it were warmer

２４H対応と記載されているのに、連絡とれず。 チェックインが遅くなったため、玄関は別のお客さんが入れてくれたけど、部屋に入れず、ロビーのソファーで寝ました。いろんなお客に見られちゃったけど。 朝になってスタッフの人があやまってはくれたが、夜は寒く風邪ひいてしまうところでした。 シャワー室の換気がダメで、シャワーするとシャワー室の壁は、水滴がものすごく、壁にタオルをかけることができない。トイレにも水滴がものすごい。それとバス停にたくさんのバスが泊まるのと、信号があるので、朝６時〜夜中１時くらいまではエンジン音や車の騒音がうるさかった。 別の日、寒い夜中に帰宅したら、カードキーが壊れて玄関前にうずくまっている男性がいて、私たちが中に入れてあげました。その男性、カードキーが壊れてて部屋にも入れず、部屋のキーは緊急時用のカードキーがあることを教えてあげたら、部屋にも入ることができた。 古い建物で、廊下のタイルの飾りは素敵でしたが、問題がある宿泊施設。

In an active part of the old city close to bus stops , close to lots of shopping and restaurants. An easy walk to the cathedral Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was a little dated

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage: Direkt vor dem Hotel ist der ,Busbahnhof, Ponce de Leon, Zimmer hat schalldichte Fenster Zu den Setas läuft man 5Minuten, zum Bahnhof 10Minuten (oder Bus 32)

Todo muy bueno pero el elevador estaba dañado y tuvimos que subir las escaleras hasta el 3 puso con maletas pero todo lo demas excelente

La posizione ottimale la pulizia generale e della camera e la cortesia del personale

Posizione ottima, struttura molto carina in palazzo storico veramente ben tenuto; bellissima la terrazza all'ultimo piano. Personale poco presente ma gentilissimo e disponibile. Fast check in e check out impeccabile. Camere molto piccole e dotate dell'essenziale ma più che adatte ad un soggiorno breve. Da migliorare la pulizia delle stesse mentre quella delle parti comuni é perfetta. Consigliatissimo anche se lievemente caro per i servizi offerti.

A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar.

Personale gentile, posizione centrale, si raggiungono in pochi minuti la maggior parte delle attrazioni. Davanti c’è una fermata degli autobus. Le camere piccole ma comode, i mobili sono classici, il bagno ha il bidet, la vasca per la doccia, purtroppo non c’è l’ateatore.

Tiny tiny room and bathroom, had to use the bed to open our carry on suitcases but honestly the room served us well for the price, we were out and about all day anyways. Not loud at night which is a big plus. Staff was very friendly

The hotel room was small but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Clean and central location. I was happy until I went to bed then I couldn't sleep. There was a buzzing noise that kept me awake until 5a.m. We were not aware of it when we arrived because we had the air con on. But when we turned it off to sleep, there was an annoying buzzing which didn’t seem to come from inside the room. We couldn't ask reception about it as it is not manned at night. We were on the top floor near the roof top terrace and we couldn't hear any noise from the street. It was just the buzzing. Perhaps guests need to take ear plugs.
