Staff was very nice, everything was clean and as expected. Kind of a funky old place, would have enjoyed staying longer. Loved the balcony facing out front, that would be super nice if it were warmer

In an active part of the old city close to bus stops , close to lots of shopping and restaurants. An easy walk to the cathedral Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was a little dated

Tiny tiny room and bathroom, had to use the bed to open our carry on suitcases but honestly the room served us well for the price, we were out and about all day anyways. Not loud at night which is a big plus. Staff was very friendly

The hotel room was small but perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Clean and central location. I was happy until I went to bed then I couldn't sleep. There was a buzzing noise that kept me awake until 5a.m. We were not aware of it when we arrived because we had the air con on. But when we turned it off to sleep, there was an annoying buzzing which didn’t seem to come from inside the room. We couldn't ask reception about it as it is not manned at night. We were on the top floor near the roof top terrace and we couldn't hear any noise from the street. It was just the buzzing. Perhaps guests need to take ear plugs.

There is not a lot of staff but overall the check in was good. If you’re staying a few days in Sevilla, it is great option.

There has been plumbing issue with the sink in the bathroom. This morning I woke up and the bathroom was flood. Have seen previous reviews regarding plumbing issue. Otherwise, all goo perfect location and safe

The hotel is located in a decent area as there is a bus stop right in front of it for easy transportation. The staff is very nice and helpful but the room was just not as clean and very old. The air conditioning system looked easy to use as there was a thermostat in the room but it didn’t really work as when we cranked it down to 15°C and full blast fan, it didn’t seem to do anything at all which really was a bummer because we visited Sevilla when it was very hot. The stairway and room placement was confusing and the elevator was very sketchy/untrustworthy when you stepped into it. The room did not have a mini fridge or at least something to store food/drinks in. The closet/wardrobe drawers were old and didn’t even work properly but at least it stored everything. The top section of the closet was full of dust however which shows that there was significant negligence to specific things. Restroom was nice only issue is the bath seemed to be elevated? So stepping in and out was weird. Not the best hotel as there is definitely way better ones around the area, but I guess as a tourist, you’re not going there for the hotel, you’re going there for the city. In terms of getting the job done, decent hotel. Would I ever book there again? No, not at all.

Enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is very clean and cute. Staff is excellent and extremely helpful. Hotel is next toa Cafe that serves breakfast w coffee for under 5.00 The only thing to note is IF you are sensitive to noises, ask for a room away from the front. Other than that. Place is great!

Location was ideal for exploring and walking around Serville, lots of good places to eat within 5 mins walk.

The location is excellent walking distance to all major tourist sites, public transportation and shopping streets. Safe neighbourhood even at late hours. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They facilitated my late check in after hours due to flight delays and it went well. Prior to that, I had tried several times to contact them through the email option on Hotels.com but the email was not answered. The telephone number listed did not go through either. They finally reached out though WhatsApp. I think they can improve by establishing clear contact information. The room was clean and satisfactory. Unfortunately the air conditioning is not independent in each room. I thought it was not working but was informed that it is centralised. The climate in the room was not comfortable since the window is facing an interior atrium and not exterior of the building. I hope this can be improved especially for the hotter months. They have a nice roof top terrace with great views. It was a great place to cool off and relax when my room got too stuffy.

One or our rooms had no ventilation, the single window faced inner courtyard that was capped by a glass roof. We were not allowed to run the air conditioner as it had not been turned on yet for the whole building. I didn't like the fact that there is no one at the reception desk overnight. Otherwise, very clean with basic necessities.
