Sauber, ruhig und Erwartungen erfüllt

Smart, modern hotel which was clean and had the most wonderful staff throughout. Reception, cleaning, kitchen personnel were all cheerful, friendly and very helpful. The only fault was the uncomfortable twin beds with no double available. The bedding was inadequate to cope with the chill factor from the effective air con in the room. Plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel and an easy walk to the sandy Pollensa beach.

The entire hotel is clean and fresh, with a simple, modern, elegant design. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff with whom we interacted were helpful and friendly. Because the hotel isn’t directly on the beachfront, it costs less than some others. But it’s a short 2 block walk to the beach. And there is a lovely pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto Pollenca.

Good location, clean hotel with a nice buffet and snack bar!

The hotel was perfect for short break. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and comfortable and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast sat by the pool. The location was great, a short walk from the beach and a 20-30 min stroll to the restaurants in town. Only downside for us travelling as a couple was that the pool was always incredibly busy with young children (we did visit during school holidays) which didn’t lead to a relaxing atmosphere. But as the beach was so close this wasn’t a major issue.

Everything very good!

Staff were wonderful but the accommodation had a few flaws - for example the bathroom doors don’t shut. Also to note that the ‘private pool’ I

Place was ok, a bit of a walk from town but close to beach. Breakfast was good, but the pool was full by 10am (when it opens) for sunbeds, with no access to adult pool unless you have a specific adult room. Ended up going elsewhere every day. But the room was nice, not very generously equipped but functioned.

Personnel accueillant. Tous le monde a été très gentil. Hôtel à taille humaine, calme et familial. Il est situé dans un coin de l’île très tranquille et proche de la plage (5 mins à pied). Chambre très jolie et propre. Bonne literie. Assez bien insonorisé. Buffet très bon qui varie tous les jours de la semaine. Nous avons passé un très bon séjours.

Super Hotel

We had a great stay at Hotel Bahia Pollensa. There are dining options along the foreshore and also convenience stores to buy supplies if needed. Breakfast was plentiful and attendant’s quick to clear (even if a little quick at times when you get up to get some more food and find they have cleared your freshly made cups of tea!). A special mention goes to Joan doing his best job to accommodate our needs, from offering a (paid) upgrade to their best room so we could have some peace and quiet after our initial room was very noisy due to being above the bar and the hotel staff moving heavy furniture around the floor above our room while we were trying to nap caused an unacceptable level of noise in our room. Joan then further assisted to locate two pillow toppers due to the bed being very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on (especially after the bed in the first room was super luxurious and soft with memory foam!), but the bed in the new room became manageable to sleep on with the second bed topper. Joan is definitely an asset to the hotel! Overall, we had a wonderful and pleasant stay.

Great stay

The staff was courteous and always helpful. The included breakfast was great with many options spanning made to order omelets, many fruits, yogurts, coffees, juices, sweets, meats.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und unsere Premium Suite mit Garten für 4 Personen ausreichend groß, Mobiliar war neuwertig. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war teilweise eher auf die englischen Gäste abgestimmt, aber es wir haben uns immer etwas gefunden. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
