알쿠디아 해변에 위치 해 있어 조용하고 숙소가 깨끗하고 맘에 들었어요

Buen hotel con muy buen servicio Se debe aclarar que NO está frente a la playa ni tampoco tiene vista al mar la cual si se cobra pero no existe . Hay playa a 5 min pero el hotel NO es de lujo paya . Ruidoso en la mañana

We made the most of the 24hour shuttle service offered by the hotel. It was value for money compared to external transfer services but sadly, the transfer wasn't waiting for us when we came through arrivals hall. We had to chase with the company. When he did arrive he drove us to what we thought was the hotel and drop us off, telling us to walk just around the corner. Unfortunately this was the wrong hotel, a very similar name so we then had to organise a taxi to take us to the correct hotel. I did tell our hotel about this mix-up and the transfer co. gave us a discount for our return home. Anyone that stays at this hotel should note it is called the EU Bahia Hotel Pollensa, NOT the Bahia Hotel Pollensa which is situated closer to the Port on the Waters edge. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented. I was however shocked that they provided us with a kettle and cups and saucers but no tea bags or milk to make a tea. We had a Breakfast package which was good and enjoyed having hot and cold food available at the beginning of each day. I was however disappointed that part of my booking was suppose to include a bottle of wine on arrival. This never appeared through the whole of our 4 day stay. As I was ill whilst staying at the hotel I didn't have the energy to chase this and just wanted to note it as a disappointment. The reception desk was very helpful with booking taxis for us and giving us advise on where to visit.

Vi är super nöjda ! tredje året i rad vi bor här OCH vi blir ett större gäng för varje år. Närheten till havet och strandpromenaden,bergen,affärer och restauranger är perfekt. Jättebra frukost och middag - vi äter även lunch här ibland. Poolen är ren och fräsch, går även att simma i. All personal är trevlig,effektiv och personlig.

Sauber, ruhig und Erwartungen erfüllt

Smart, modern hotel which was clean and had the most wonderful staff throughout. Reception, cleaning, kitchen personnel were all cheerful, friendly and very helpful. The only fault was the uncomfortable twin beds with no double available. The bedding was inadequate to cope with the chill factor from the effective air con in the room. Plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel and an easy walk to the sandy Pollensa beach.

The entire hotel is clean and fresh, with a simple, modern, elegant design. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff with whom we interacted were helpful and friendly. Because the hotel isn’t directly on the beachfront, it costs less than some others. But it’s a short 2 block walk to the beach. And there is a lovely pool. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto Pollenca.

Good location, clean hotel with a nice buffet and snack bar!

The hotel was perfect for short break. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and comfortable and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast sat by the pool. The location was great, a short walk from the beach and a 20-30 min stroll to the restaurants in town. Only downside for us travelling as a couple was that the pool was always incredibly busy with young children (we did visit during school holidays) which didn’t lead to a relaxing atmosphere. But as the beach was so close this wasn’t a major issue.

Great hotel. Amazing staff, good food and brilliant busy swimming pool for the kids.
