Transportation good But little bit food for choice

Great hotel location next to station, very handy from that aspect. It will be even better once all the construction works at and around the station are complete as that was not great. Staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was a highlight. If stay here really need to prepare to jump on a train or cab into town as there is very limited options in the area around the hotel itself.

For the time being it is noisy due to a train station construction work

The service doesnt correspond with the price, old building, you can hear everything from the other rooms, is super noisy so I dont recommend if you want to sleep and rest, and the night shift at the reception not really friendly....

Todo muy bien

It was ok, but no A/C in the room. A maintenance personnel indicate to just turn the button on the side of the bed but no cold air was coming. We tried leaving the window opened but not enough. We couldn’t sleep due to the heat. It just one night but we’re not coming back. We’ve been here before and it was a different room with a smaller bathroom.

位置很好，在火车站里面，除了自助早餐有些食材不太新鲜，其他的都很好。

Hotel is just Great . Outside the train stations looks horrible and dirty but once you go inside

The room was great. However, the wall were very thin and no seperation between floors...meaning I heard every conversation and every step above us...made for a tough night of sleep. Very convenient right on the tracks for trains. Had the feel of a large hotel.

It was fine, the only different thing was the rooms they are not like the pictures, they are not bad but not like the pictures at all..

La habitación impecable y el personal de limpieza , restaurante y recepción un trato exquisito con amabilidad y simpatía . Una pega importante la corriente de frio continuo a la entrada del hotel .junto a los ascensores esperando mucho frio por no haber puerta pero ya en recepción que esta mas al fondo hace muchísimo frio también .Los trabajadores de ese puesto están con ropas térmicas debajo del uniforme y .Les preguntamos si no tenían frio allí y si llevaban ropa extra de abrigo y nos dijeron que si .Nos pareció muuy injusto además de riesgo de baja por enfermedad con la consiguiente perdida económica para la empresa.Es un hotel fantástico y esos detalles deberian estar muy cuidados

Convenient location right at Chamartín station, with 15-min direct train to the airport every 15 min and 2 metro lines.

Smooth check in/check out although the hotel is not well signed from the station exit we used. Excellent breakfast buffet and good value evening meal.
