Lo que es muy conveniente de este hotel es la ubicación que está en la estación de Chamartin por lo que si es para trasladarse a otra ciudad, es muy conveniente. Ahorita están arreglando la estación y es un poco difícil el ingreso al hotel. Esto no supimos hasta que llegamos y nos enteramos de esta situación, la cual es un poco inconveniente. El Personal es amable y te resuelve. La zona está un poco lejos del centro de Madrid, por lo que se necesita usar transporte público; es decir, no puedes llegar caminando, ya que está algo lejos. Existe una estación del metro que llega directamente al hotel desde el aeropuerto y también puedes desplazarte hacia el centro y otras áreas de la ciudad en metro,

Great location for access to the high-speed trains and commuter lines. I moved in and out of the city and the city center easily. The hotel is under construction but there is signage to get you there. The buffet gets very busy early in the morning, I waited until later for ease.

Pagué una noche en doble y otra en triple, pedí la cama adicional para la noche en triple y nunca la instalaron. Esa noche llegué muy tarde para discutir y mi hija se tuvo que ir a dormir a otro lado . Quisiera la devolución de la habitación que se pagó en triple. Muy poca atención de la gente que está cuidando entrada. No te hacen caso, pides orientación y parecía que se burlan de lo que uno pregunta

Hotel is in a good location at Chamartin train station. Its in quite a busy area, hotel sound insulation was good with no excessive noise during day time or night. The room was a good size with a/c working well. I arrived in Madrid by plane and had an early train the following morning to Bilbao, so this hotel was an excellent choice for one night. There are very near by cafes, bars, restaurant. Due to my early start, before the breakfast room was open, I requested a “packed lunch” for my train journey which was waiting for me to pick up in the morning. In summary, a good hotel, in a convenient location depending on your needs, recommended.
