库特佐梅迭姆酒店

酒店服務良好，地理位置好好，前往主廣場或太陽門廣場都方便，火車站前往亦只需要20分鐘左右就到達，但門口對面有不少露宿者。。。

整體上都很不錯，離景點或餐廳都很近，廁所熱水很夠強，房間大小與當初訂的不符有點縮水，但無大礙

Customer service in reception is so so, don't expect the smile. The shower water is stable and strong, good for this, the other good point is the location, near the Madrid central and station SOL, 5 mins walk. The couple from Hong Kong Mica

quite good location. we arrived at 10a.m. and the hotel assistant allows us to have early check in without any extra charge. it's really nice.

Amenities could be better. Kettle but no coffe, tes, sugar, milk? Why have a kettle. Little dusty, we went to chamge the plug on the lamp and it was dusty on the plug sockets which led us to look at the skirting, which was also dusty. Just a little tired tbh. People up and down the corridors all night. Not massively secure. Never wuestionned when walking in, you can get in the lift without a key card and go to any floor, never questionned at breakfast, just walked straight in. Tbh, wouldnt stay there again, looks much better online that in reality

Staff was friendly was accommodating. Rooms were a little too hot and small but they were equipped with what was needed. Elevator is super slow. Location was great. It was across the street from a cinema, close to puerta de sol and lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy to carh a taxi outside of hotel.

Todo bien excepto que eran camas individuales pegadas cada una con su juego de sábanas como para dos personas , eso no es cómodo para dormir una persona en las dos camas, puesto que te destapas a cada rato, si reserve una persona porque tienden dos camas o pretenden que solo duerma en una cama individual y se quede la otra sin usar??

Good stay, roadworks outside were dirty and noisy, but not the fault of the hotel.

Very nice hotel in the city center. Virtually everything was walkable. Noticed slight wear in some areas of the hotel, but that shouldn’t be a knockout factor.

Excelente hotel. Muito atenciosos, quartos amplos e limpos, excelente café da manhã.

Virkelig fint hotel centralt i Madrid. Venligt personale. Værelserne var nyrenoverede og renligheden i top. Morgenmads buffeten var i særklasse god. Stort udvalg og god kvalitet. Tagterrassen var ikke stor men pladsen var godt udnyttet med stole og solbænke.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la habitación es muy cómoda, el desayuno es genial, Toñi muy amable y en el check in muy atentos! Que bueno es encontrar gente tan sonriente y dispuesta a ayudarte en tu viaje!

Situation géographique et propreté satisfait.

Vi hadde rom vegg i vegg med et musikal teater og hørte alle sangene og applausen hele kvelden ! De ansatte i resepsjonen var lite imøtekommende og så ikke ut til å like sin jobb med å skulle snakke med kunder. Damen i frokostsalen var derimot svært hyggelig! Og frokosten var flott!
