⭐️⭐️⭐️ Out of 5. A funny little adventure with my son!
I went with my son, and honestly, we had a trip full of unexpected plot twists. 😅
The AC clearly decided it needed a break more than we did. Poor thing was working at about 30% enthusiasm. The beds? Let’s just say they were firm enough to make a yoga mat feel like a cloud. 🪨💤
And the outdoor spa… emptied! Which was tragic, because that was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. My son and I had already planned our grand bubble-soaking moment outdoors. 🫧
BUT! the cleaning service was absolutely awesome! ✨ Everything was sparkling clean. And the reception team!!! The sweetest, most helpful people ever. They went above and beyond and made us feel really welcome. ❤️
So, while the AC and spa owe us an apology, the staff totally saved the day. Would totally stay again once the spa gets its groove back! 😄

Excellent property in the heart of Barcelona. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, great selections and excellent quality. Room was clean and in great shape. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The only downside was the lack of parking, we had to utilize a public garage a couple of blocks away at 28 euro per day.

離地鐵站走路一分鐘的時間，附近有很多家超市可以購買生活用品與零食，而且附近也有很多相對便宜的餐廳。周圍很熱鬧，不會有偏僻恐怖的感覺，這對旅行者是一大優點

Our experience at this hotel was excellent! Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful with all our questions about getting around the city. Our room was very clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel.
It is very convenient in getting to the Metro, local buses and many restaurants in the area.

Man kan ikke kalde det et gym/fitnesscenter, der var kun 3 maskiner. Morgenmaden var dårlig grundet småt udvalg, kaffen smagte dårligt og morgenmaden var tør fx var æggen helt tør.. jeg ville ikke komme tilbage til dette hotel. Det lever ikke op til et 4 stjernet hotel. Derudover var der beskidt under sengen.

Friendly staff and a great location, unfortunately the beds we encountered are in dire need of a mattress upgrade, one can count the springs through the sheets. Shame, we'd been here before, and other than the bed, all is fine, but this will make us look for alternatives in the future.
