The good things, nice people at the reception, always a smile. Ok room with ok bathroom, in my case perfect for one person. The bad, walls are extremely thin, you can hear your neighbor talking on the phone, or when water rushes trough the pipes, bring earplugs if you are staying here. Regarding cleanliness it was ok-ish, first day I did some push ups and saw that there was a sticky substance on the floor on the side against the window. The restaurant people were a little bit too informal in my opinion, you feel it in the demeanor

Soggiorno di sole due notti, ma molto confortevole. personale gentilissimo e molto d’aiuto, non avevamo la colazione inclusa ma abbiamo deciso di aggiungerla e devo dire che per €9,50 era molto molto ricca e varia. le camere sono pulite e ordinate. sul terrazzo c’è una bellissima vasca idromassaggio con i lettini per potersi rilassare dopo una giornata di visite. zona comoda sia al centro che alla metro. che dire, super consigliato!

The hotel was clean, close to the centre and easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, however the AC was broken and required fixing while i was there, and the shower head kept spurting water through the bottom where it connected to the hose, making it difficult ont to splash water everywhere during washing. For a hotel of this calibre, I would have expected better in this regard.

The staff are really friendly and helpful to all guests. The room are spotless they clean everyday . Breakfast has a lot of variety in addition to being cheap considering its a buffet . I like the location of the hotel 2 minutes to metro station , in front of the hotel there’s bus stop , also there’s a grocery store just 2 minutes away , and also the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and fast food so plenty of choices to choose from. Overall it’s very convenient and lovely.

1年に一度の出張時の定宿にしていた数年間の中で、今回はとてもがっかりしました。 航空機のトラブルでチェックイン日が予約日より1日遅れてチェックインしたのですが、前の宿泊者のものと思われるゴミが、バスルームのゴミ箱に残っており、自らフロントにゴミ箱事持って行って新しい袋に変えてもらいました。 また備え付けのドライヤーから煙が出て火事のように煙たくなり、小さな炎が見えたので取替え依頼しましたが、申請から3日目にようやく取替えしてもらいました。 ホテルの対応や部屋などは良いのですが、今回メンテナンス面で信用が減り、かなり失望しました。また来年も宿泊予定にしているので、改善される事を強く希望します。

The staff at the hotel is what stood out for us. We met 4 different gentlemen, one more professional and helpful than the other. Hotel is close to public transit and yet far enough from madness. It's very close to a lot of attractions. Highly recommend.

Hôtel bien situé près du métro et des bus. Du marché de la Boqueira. Personnel de l’accueil très agréable. Nous avons dû changer de chambre sans problème, car elle ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Petit déjeuner identique tous les jours sans cake ou gâteau fait maison.

Trevligt centralt hotell med frukost. Rent. Trevlig personal.

The staffs we’re very accommodating, nice and helpful. The rooms was clean and big enough for 2 persons and the breakfast were so good a lot of choices.

Breakfast was very good, with a variety of good choices. However, it would be nice to have larger cups for tea drinkers. Also, the tea bags were very substandard and far too weak. Suggest residents walk with their own teabags. Receptionists were brilliant and very helpful.
