Hotel, whilst a little tired, was spotless. Like a lot of Spanish cities, Reus is a grid system and the hotel was on a corner. The main square was approx 300 meters walk. There is an attached cafe within the hotel but wasn't open on 3 days of our stay, which was a pity as it was very good. Overall, very good value.

They charged additional payment for kids which was totally unjustified and the hotel front desk behavior was not friendly. He demanded either you pay or leave, very disappointing.

Airco temp is not adjustable. The thermostat is hidden in the ceiling which is only accessable by technician. We had a room on the sunside. The airco could not cool the room to a comfortable temperature.
Loose floortiles in the room.
Internet would fail constant!!
I checked out 4 days before ! The manager agreed a refund of 2 days of the four but denied later!!! Awfull Experience !!!

Horrible es la expresión! Si buscas un hotel para descansar este no es el adecuado, se escucha todo las de la limpieza corren los muebles con total despreocupación! Luego la limpieza deja mucho que desear y el olor es de un hostal no de u. Hotel 3 estrellas ! No lo recomiendo

Necesita una actualización, pero supongo que eso haría que costase más de lo que cuesta. En cualquier caso, bien, pero lo dicho, algo anticuado en habitaciones/baños y demás.

Camas duras, habitación antigua pero muy muy limpia. Si eres celíaco lo tienes un poco complicado con el desayuno y el personal que lo sirve, sí que había pan sin gluten pero si no estoy pendiente lo tuesta en el tostador del resto del pan, en fin…
