Hotel, whilst a little tired, was spotless. Like a lot of Spanish cities, Reus is a grid system and the hotel was on a corner. The main square was approx 300 meters walk. There is an attached cafe within the hotel but wasn't open on 3 days of our stay, which was a pity as it was very good. Overall, very good value.

They charged additional payment for kids which was totally unjustified and the hotel front desk behavior was not friendly. He demanded either you pay or leave, very disappointing.

I asked twice to move to a room with a double bed but told no rooms available. No perks offered considering I’m Platinum and extended a further two nights plus I’ve booked it again on the 23/7 as it’s very central for Reus. No Tea or Coffee in room a small refrigerator that leeks. It’s a shame I live the classic design though.

Too noisy walls are paper thin I stayed three night each night above me a lot of noise from ignorant people moving furniture around and banging at 1am.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and were able to communicate in English with us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Reus. Very close to bus and train stations.
