Super friendly staff

The location is good. It is within 5-10 minute walk from subway and tram stations. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel. One can also walk to Sagrada Familia from the hotel. The room is comfortable. Space is reasonable. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was helpful.

Clean room and very close to the most amazing place in Barcelona.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Our room was on the lower floor and did not have the best natural light come through the windows and that made our adjusting to this time zone a bit harder.

Nice and clean. We got the slightly larger room with street view and appreciated the space compared to some European rooms. Great location.

A localização do hotel é ótima para caminhar até os pontos turísticos, há também várias estações de metrô nos arredores, praças e restaurantes. Eu adorei a estadia.

En general todo estaba bien ,fue perfecto este hotel para mis vacaciones en Barcelona.

During our whole week stay there was no air conditioning as it was not working. We got no updates on when it was going to be fixed and was supposed to be fixed a few days into our stay. The only compensation they gave was minibar service which was basically just a few free sodas a day, which was kind of a joke. Our room was an absolute sauna despite having two fans. Additionally, our toilet stopped working and they just gave us keys to another room after repeatedly asking for help. Although there was still no AC this other room was totally cooler, which made us feel even worse. Overall, they did not do much to take responsibility and keep us updated on the situation and the no AC was terrible.

The AC didn't work and the room was unbearable hot in the 5th floor facing the sun all day. This info was also not shared beforehand and was not fixed in the 3 nights I spent there. Both the hotel and hotels.com were utterly unhelpful.

Clean great breakfast and location!

Good comfy spot in a great l9cation, very close to several train and tram spots and a short walk to Sagrada Familia. My only issue during my stay was the ac was being repaired. They inf9rmed Hotels.com, but hotels.com did not relay the info. The weather was not hot dur8ng my stay and the ac was repaired so it wss not a big problem

Die Klimaanlage war defekt, aber dafür war die minibar im Zimmer gratis. Lage war gut
