里阿本酒店

The air conditioner broke down, and it was hot during the night we stayed. We had to call the hotel staff at 12 midnight to fix it. But the condition was not improved.

Not even a 1 star hotel service, super bad front desk service, i had stayed in 6 hotels during my Europe trip, every hotel services are good except this, never back again anymore.

Ground floor is under renovations, some noise in day time. Sound proof in room is not very good, i can hear toilet flashing or running water of other guest room.

酒店整體都滿意，行去景點都很近，附近的百貨公司的超市很多東西買。唯一缺點是開車去酒店，由於很多單程路，導航不斷帶錯路，如果不是自己開車去就沒問題。

The front desk said upgrade us to a Deluxe room but it was a noisy room next to the street. Sound proofing is so so bad.

Personal muy amable. Facilidades limpias, en buen estado y buena localización.

Superb staff, facilities and location. Liabeny is my hotel of preference in Madrid. Pedro the concierge is awesome

Todo bien

Ubicación excelente, cerca de todo y al mismo tiempo el hotel está en una plaza tranquila con parada de taxis justo enfrente. El personal de recepción estuvo bien; pero nada fuera de lo común;mis hijas tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque la cerradura estaba estropeada, y Daniel atendió la solicitud de inmediato. Desayuno muy bueno, con mucha variedad, y un personal del restaurante muy atento y educado. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar, ya que está por debajo de lo esperado para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Me alojaría aquí nuevamente.

Es una garantía de hotel. De verdad 10/10 no es la primera vez que me quedo en el hotel y volvería muchas veces más!

Hotel was nice but the cleaner or minibar checker swiped our cash. My bad for not putting it in the safe, i only left the room for about an hour to get breakfast in the hotel..

Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location.

Adorei o hotel, super recomendo! A única questão foi a pouca variedade no café da manhã, poucas opções. O serviço é excelente e a localização maravilhosa!
