The air conditioner broke down, and it was hot during the night we stayed. We had to call the hotel staff at 12 midnight to fix it. But the condition was not improved.

Not even a 1 star hotel service, super bad front desk service, i had stayed in 6 hotels during my Europe trip, every hotel services are good except this, never back again anymore.

Ground floor is under renovations, some noise in day time. Sound proof in room is not very good, i can hear toilet flashing or running water of other guest room.

酒店整體都滿意，行去景點都很近，附近的百貨公司的超市很多東西買。唯一缺點是開車去酒店，由於很多單程路，導航不斷帶錯路，如果不是自己開車去就沒問題。

It was a bummer to have a room in which the window looked at a wall. Wish we had known that. Would have chosen differently.

Estuvimos una semana en el hotel. Nos sorprendió que se nos perdió algo y al mirar el piso estaba sucio y lleno de polco, y bajo las camas peor. Es increíble que no tengan una plancha y que solicitar el servicio de planchado el mismo día sea tan costoso. El servicio en la barra del hotel fue bueno.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities. Great location and easily walkable area. Would highly recommend this one although it is a little pricy.

We got the worst ever existing room. It was like jale , no windows to outside Not sure why they call it a 4 star hotel

Location is great, and room is fine. Coffee maker broke, and woman in restaurant said we couldn't buy a cup to take to the room until 7:30 am, because we had not paid for an included breakfast. That's pretty lame.

Achamos o café da manhã excelente,com presuntos variados,pães,sucos,etc.

Wonderful stay. Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and location ideal!

Personal muy atento , buena ubicación

Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Einen Besuch Wert ist auf alle Fälle die Bar.

Es la primera vez que me hospedo aquí y fue muy buena experiencia. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, pero el baño con buen espacio. El desayuno bien pero es un poco complejo la manera en que se llena y debes hacer fila para poder acceder. Ubicación conveniente.
