優點 ：地點優越，位處市中心，附近有大量店鋪及餐廳。房間寬敞。住宿期間，風筒發生故障，向酒店報告後，幾分鐘內就有職員來處理。 缺點 ：被編派面向天井的房間， 所以完全冇景觀，房間亦暗。 訂加床房，但第一天入住時，到房間發現未有加床，同前台職員反映後，酒店安排加床， 但是被鋪並沒有被褥。 沐浴間是半開放式設計，所以沖涼時水會濺到企缸外，不但弄濕地板，因為企缸旁設有電制，十分危險。

The air conditioner broke down, and it was hot during the night we stayed. We had to call the hotel staff at 12 midnight to fix it. But the condition was not improved.

Not even a 1 star hotel service, super bad front desk service, i had stayed in 6 hotels during my Europe trip, every hotel services are good except this, never back again anymore.

Ground floor is under renovations, some noise in day time. Sound proof in room is not very good, i can hear toilet flashing or running water of other guest room.

酒店整體都滿意，行去景點都很近，附近的百貨公司的超市很多東西買。唯一缺點是開車去酒店，由於很多單程路，導航不斷帶錯路，如果不是自己開車去就沒問題。

Central location, clean rooms, and comfortable beds! The window treatments were great and kept the room really dark for sleeping. Easy to get to public transit and very walkable to many things!

Gym is super small and partly not in good shake. Other than that. Very good stay!

Muy cómoda, limpia y céntrica

Hotel maravilhoso, super limpo, chuveiro ótimo. O secador de cabelo é bem bom, para nós mulheres é muito importante. O hotel super bem localizado, dá para fazer tudo a pé.

Estar al pendiente de la limpieza y la atencion de los clientes parecen agobviados y enfadados los empleados con tanto trajin y eso hace simpre complicadas las estancias, siempre es muy importante la estancia en su hotel como la mejor alternativa.

It was very close to Sol Square, so all tourist attractions were within walking distance, and the hotel was very clean.

Ubicado Excelente para los que gustan está en lugares céntricos de Madrid. El trato es muy amable como estar en casa. Solo pondría cocina caliente en el room service nocturno.

O hotel é bem perto da Gran Via! ou seja! localização maravilhosa. O hotel é bem charmoso. É a nossa 2a. vez no hotel. Quarto amplo e bem decorado. Muito limpo. Enfim! muito bom. Recomendo muito esse hotel.

Very modern and well located hotel. Spacious rooms, especially for Madrid. Excellent breakfast.
