The room was very old and in a bad shape! Shower almost did not work, water leaking from the sink, and window straight out to the sidewalk. Stay away

Good location around 20 mins walk from the old town. Room was a great size as was the balcony. It’s a quiet hotel and the bed was really comfy. Hotel staff were absolutely lovely. The pool area is stunning, there were plenty of loungers by the pool. The greenery made it feel extra special and even more relaxing. The hotel is a little bit dated in its decor but it was still nice. There was no kettle in the room and the shower was a little bit temperamental but we were only there for one night so didn’t raise it with the staff. All in all a great stay for visiting all the sites and well connected to transport links.

Chambre en raz de rue, quasi au sous sol : très sombre, vue sur le ciel inexistante, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Climatisation inefficace et bruyante. Lampe de chevet sans abat-jour. Coffre fort bloqué, signalé à la réception dès notre arrivée sans aucune intervention. La TV ne fonctionnait pas (cela a été réparé). Mitigeur de la douche vétuste. Petit déjeuner servi sur des tables sans nappe ni set de table. Parking hôtel inexistant (6 places, toutes prises évidemment). Piscine hors service. A fuir !

Great area, not far from Alhambra and a short drive from city center. The hotel was nice with good amenties. The lobby and common areas are more recently renovated and well decorated. But our room was older and some renovation would have made it look even better. Breakfast was also pretty good. Overall a good stay at a good price.

Hôtel à rafraîchir sérieusement. Des travaux dans le fond donc nuisances sonores. On avait la 107 , balcon tout juste sur chantier :) Piscine non autorisée à la baignade avant juin disent ils. Il faisait 30 degrés !!! Personnel agréable

Definitely a 2-3 star hotel not what is advertised. All the amenities were not there the AC stopped working after 30 minutes, the water would change temperature from freezing to scolding hot in 5 minutes everything was so outdated and the location is far from everything. Not worth the price they advertise

Mooie kamers, vlakbij centrum, parkeren voor de deur mits betaling. Alleen jammer dat het zwembad niet open was en we daarover niet geïnformeerd waren.

Staff was very very good. We had an early bus so he packed us lot of breakfast which was very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options to eat. Really enjoyed the stay

Saimme aluksi huoneen joka oli erittäin huonossa kunnossa. Noin parin tunnin selvittelyjen jälkeen saimme vaihdettua huonetta. Muutoin hotelli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Sijainti vähän kaukainen, mäkiä paljon.

Front desk, housekeeping and restuarant staff all friendly and helpful. Pool and area around pool very well kept and nice atmosphere. Food at restaraunt was excellent and reasonably proxed. Breakfast Buffet was ok, other than cold eggs if any and limited fresh fruit, but nice selection of bakery goods.

Lo primero que debéis hacer es actualizar la foto, porque la fachada actual NO LUCE NI DE CERCA como la que tenéis puesta aquí. Menos mal que tenéis un personal espectacular. Esto sería lo único que tiene nivel de 4 Estrellas. Habitaciones sucias, con edredones manchados, la bañera pelada y con manchas de humedad. Definitivamente, no lo recomendaré.
