As they mention about parking is wrong. We can’t find any normal parking. It is not 4 star hotel. Maximum 2 star hotel. So bad.

Facility is very tired and worn. Bath fixtures are loose, broken, or missing. Water pressure and shower flow are poor. Staff are professional and polite, but the place needs significant maintenance and updates. None of the gym or spa facilities are included in the room rate.

Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice.

Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. Optional breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.Bacon,eggs, hashbrowns and other items that should be kept hot were always cold. Good selection of coffees, teas, breads and spreads. Overall a decent hotel even if it is a little dated. Very clean. Staff friendly. On the negative I would say that the room soundproofing is not great

La habitación y pasillo olían mal. Aire acondicionado no funcionaba en la habitación y hacía mucho calor

Muy cerca del centro de Granada. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque les falta un poco de mantenimiento.

No me gusto nada del alojamiento. Se supone que no tienen aparcamiento ,pero reservan a los qué ellos les parece,el hotel estaba en mal estado,no repetiría.

La estancia buena, aunque se equivocaron en la habitación y me asignaron una habitación que ya tenían asignada a otro cliente. Menos mal que el otro cliente no reaccionó mal 🙈

20 euro di parcheggio di proprietà del hotel e hotel datato, puzza da vecchio.

Nada de limpieza ni detalles en el baño.

Me parece que le sobran dos estrellas, el hotel es viejo. La bañera estaba pintada para cubrir el óxido. Es una tontería pero he estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas y ponen las pastillas de jabón, acondicionador, etc y aquí nada.

Buena experiencia, el primer día algo de ruido pero no es culpa del hotel sino de las personas que estaban hospedadas.

La localización, la tranquilidad de la zona

Está situado en enclave muy bueno, cerca del centro, Alhambra, albaicin y realejo.
