The staff were amazing! Kind and attentive and allowed an early check-in. The room itself was excellent- clean, comfortable and lots of amenities. I enjoyed a relaxing bath with bath salts provided, in addition to an exfoliating mat.
Lastly, the location is perfect, across from the Guggenheim museum and 1 block from the tram station. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Chambre au design moderne et très bien située, juste en face du Musée Guggenheim. Environ 20–30 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la vieille ville.
Accueil correct.
L’insonorisation pourrait être améliorée. Conseillé de choisir une chambre supérieure pour bénéficier de plus de lumière naturelle.

Lastly, the location is perfect, across from the Guggenheim museum and 1 block from the tram station. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Although the staff were very good the hotel was somewhat to be desired. Bathroom was weird - bathroom sink had opening through the wall into the bedroom part separated by a curtain. The breakfast was a total rip off - so over priced - 2 eggs, 1 small piece of toast, 4 spinach leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes with coffee was just over 20 Euros. Really close to the Guggenheim but generally overpriced for what you got

Great location right next to the Guggenheim and walkable to countless restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice, comfortable lobby. The room was clean, quiet and mostly comfortable, though the bed was a little springy. Would stay there again.
