빌바오 구겐하임미술관이 정말 바로 근처에 있고 호텔방에서 바라볼수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.

Great staff. Always eager to help. They recommended me a nice hair salon, saving me from a horrible haircut in Madrid. Good location. And the breakfast is nice as well. A better equipment at the gym would have been nice. Highly recommend. Especially liked the lobby area with the coffee machine and art books.

구겐하임, 빌바오미술관등을 5분안에 걸어서 갈수 있는 훌륭한 위치, 깨끗하고 세련된 호텔이나 저희방 창문은 열리지도, 밖을 내다볼수도 없어서 우척 답답했습니다

뮤지엄 투어였는데 구겐하임과 빌바오 뮤지엄이 가까이 위치했고, 주변 레스토랑도 다양하게 선택할 수 있어 매우 만족 그리고 주변환경이 깨끗하고 안전했음, 산책로도 매우 훌륭해서 다음에도 다시 묵고 싶은 곳!

The hotel is located in the most beautiful area of the city and close to everything you want to see and do. Our room was very comfortable and had a great view of the Guggenheim museum. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Miró was a great find. The location was close to the Guggenheim and walkable to old town. Breakfast was good, great variety. Room had a lovely view of “Puppy” at the Guggenheim. We stayed for 4 nights and if ever back in Bilbao would stay at Hotel Miro again!

Nettes Hotel gegenüber dem Guggenheim Museum. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Personal immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist optimal zum Flughafenbus gelegen (300m) und man kann von dort prima in die Stadt gelangen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and in a good location. Loved the honesty bar and lounge area. Our room was a decent size but did not have a view of any sort the windows were opaque and it felt much like we were in a dungeon- no natural light to speak of. That part was very disappointing. The bed and pillows were very hard - not to my liking. Bilbao is a lovely town. Very much enjoyed our time in the city.

Hotel was clean, staff helpful.My beef is can’t open the windows as mosquitos come in, there is no screen and my room window faces another building. No comfortable chair spartan furniture. Location is great near the Guggenheim.

Perfect location very close to the Guggenheim museum. Staff is so helpful and it was very nice to get away from the big hotel experience.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was exceptional!!! The best Jamon we had in a hotel!!! Personnel were very nice and friendly. We rate it with 4 starts because we expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel, I.e., would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room and better quality of amenities in the room (e.g. something wrong was with the lotion, there were some pieces inside - probably it was old).

Me and my husband stayed at Miro for my birthday for 3 nights. The staff made a great effort to wish me a happy birthday without us telling them. Starting from our breakfast with a cute little cake and balloons and a note from the hotel. Overall, it’s such a convenient location to stay at. The Guggenheim is 2min walk away, you can work into the shopping streets in max. 10 min and walk along the river for a boat tour in 10 min as well. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast offering was very decent with a wide range. We were super happy with our stay at Miro. Thank you to the Miro staff for being so attentive. I appreciate it!

Really nice property. Excellent location in very walkable part of Bilbao. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! Room was small but worked for us on a two night stay. If one were to stay longer, upgrade to a larger room.
