빌바오 구겐하임미술관이 정말 바로 근처에 있고 호텔방에서 바라볼수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.

Great staff. Always eager to help. They recommended me a nice hair salon, saving me from a horrible haircut in Madrid. Good location. And the breakfast is nice as well. A better equipment at the gym would have been nice. Highly recommend. Especially liked the lobby area with the coffee machine and art books.

This is a terrific hotel in a great location and nice neighbourhood. The breafast is good if a little over-priced and it was a pity there were no international channels like CNN or BBC World.....otherwise everything fantastic.

I stayed to the hotel for 3 weeks. The room was pretty good and big with nice view in the front. There room everyday was pretty clean and there is pretty good sound insulation. The location is very good close to the city center and easy to go at suburbs. There is a parking area opposite of the hotel with good price. I recommend it 100% and if life leads me to Bilbao again I would choose it definitely. Many thanks for your hospitality.

Great location! Very clean hotel with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is wonderful. The Guggenheim is within 3-5 minutes walking distance.

A nice inviting room and lobby, we had a Guggenheim view room - the only negative to this was the early morning work being done around the corner on the road, but nothing that the hotel could do about this. The team at this hotel was very kind, check in was very easy and it was super walkable to anywhere. The bar did not seem to be open during our time there, so can't comment on that, but plenty of food and drinks around the area.

Location: great! Staff: excellent. Funishings: modern and classy. Washroom fittings and fixtures: excellent Linens: good Bed: like sleeping on cardboard over springs unfortunately.

Beautiful hotel in a good central hotel. Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. The honesty bar was a good idea. Would stay again when visiting Bilbao.

Beautiful room and lobby, comforting textiles (I especially loved the woolen blanket), and yes, a view of the Guggenheim. The room was small but clever, interesting design made it so comfortable and gave it a romantic feeling. Used the compact fitness room - it had what I needed - and adored the abundance of books that could be borrowed. Appreciated the contemporary photography throughout. Kind, engaged staff. Thank you!
